The atmosphere immediately puts you at ease and it is so obvious that everyone there is there to help you in any way they can, I had my teeth deep cleaned by Maria who was absolutely wonderful. I have a little fear of the dentist but not here. So anyone out there that is looking for a dentist, or anyone feeling a little fearful or uneasy when you go to your dentist, I suggest you contact the Ballard Family Dentistry, you wont go anywhere else once you have been here.

Lovely office and atmosphere. Everyone is extremely nice & accommodating for appointment times. For new patients/patients having procedures done, they have a separate area where a specialist will go over finances for upcoming procedures. They also do a very nice job in making sure that you understand what your healthcare covers. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area. I recently moved out of the Saginaw area, however, I refuse to switch to a new dentist!

The folks at Ballard Family Dentistry is to say the least, AWESOME!!!! I was in SOOOOO much pain. I called, they got me in almost immediately. My issue needed work from Dr. Elliot as well. They immediately diagnosed that, worked to coordinate with Dr. Elliot's office to get me scheduled in that same day. Once Dr. Elliot's work was completed, I came back to Dr. Ballard's office and they fixed me right up. NO MORE PAIN!!!!! Go Team Ballard. You are my hero!!!
