My husband and I came in for our 6 month checkup and teeth cleaning. Alyssa, our dental hygienist, was so friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. I was having a problem with one of my teeth, and she notified Dr. Miller as soon as she was finished with my cleaning. She did an awesome job on cleaning my teeth. Dr. Miller came right in and took care of my tooth. He is so nice and professional. Overall, our experience was great. Would definitely recommend Ballard Dentistry to my friends.

Dr. Cross is phenomenal!! He makes sure you are walked through all of the steps of the procedure. He made my son feel very comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients.

The office staff was able to work me in today when part of a back tooth broke off. I called at 8:00 am and was in their office by 10:20 am. Dr. Taylor was professional, warm, and friendly. So was her assistant, Alexa. Dr. Taylor was able to go over my options with me. I opted for the crown and we scheduled it for next week with Dr Ballard. Dr Taylor put a temporary filling over the area so I would be at ease eating until next week. All their staff are courteous and friendly.

We had our first visit today and the staff was absolutely wonderful! We have used another dentist for years that was further away and I was so hesitant to start taking my daughter to a new one but really wanted to use a provider in my own community. This place is excellent and I know we have found our new forever dentist!

Dr. Taylor Steffens is absolutely amazing. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years because of severe dental anxiety due to a horrible past experience with an awful dentist and my appointment yesterday with Dr. Steffens changed my life. Everyone was SO nice. My dental assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She listen to me and helped me see that there was nothing to fear. Talking about my past experience really helped. Unfortunately I forget names when I’m anxious, but she was so amazing I truly appreciate her support ❤️ I feel so much better and can’t believe how bad my anxiety was until this great experience erased all of my past trauma.
