I highly recommend coming to Ballard Family Dentistry! Everyone was very friendly, I felt comfortable, the dentist and assistant were very thorough on what they were going to do and what my options were. If you want a great dentist experience, don't hesitate to come here! Very clean, knowledgeable and hospitable. I'd also like to add that I didn't have to wait long at ALL to be seen! Felt like 5 MAYBE 10 minutes.

I was recently in to have a crown done, every employee that I saw had a smile on their face, and were so kind and helpful, from the reception ladies to check out! It ended up that I needed two crowns, which I suspected. Dr Dave explained everything to me, asked what I wanted to do, imagine that! It was completely my decision, to get the second crown. Tara, his assistant was kind and efficient, you could tell she loves what she does. The best part was the laughing and joking with Dr Dave and Tara, it’s like going to visit friends when I come in. I love this place, my entire family goes there. Stop searching for mediocre dental care when you can have the BEST dental care done by the BEST dental team.

Maria is just amazing. She is kind and has taken someone that has such dental anxiety and made them into someone that actually enjoys going to the dentist. I have really enjoyed going to this family dentist office. Dr. Gustavo is my dentist and I highly recommend him because of his beautiful bedside manner, caring, and attentive care. The assistants are awesome too,. I had Maria along with her partner who is a young man who works alternate days of her. A beautiful, professional, and clean office.

The staff at Ballard family dentist is by far the most friendly oriented people I have ever met at a dentist office. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in with a broken partial, a blessing in disguise, because I actually needed more dental work done. Jason is the dental partial/denture guru, he is not satisfied until the patient is satisfied with the fit and look. He told me numerous times if I feel any pain or have any problems with my dentures to come see him. I needed a couple of extractions and Dr. Gustavo along with dental assistant Amie put me at ease while performing the procedure. They asked me numerous times how I was doing. The whole team at this office showed compassion for me which helped with my anxiety

I was a new patient referred by my husband. I was having sever pain from a wisdom tooth that was infected. Everyone here was so nice and so understanding. They got me in quick. I have been going to Ballard Family Dentistry for over 10 years. I have had everything in between from a simple cleaning to having an implant procedure. I have never had anything go wrong during any procedure as well as never had any issues afterward. They are a blessing to our community. The staff and customer service is impeccable. The dental assistants are gentle and well trained. Ballard Dentistry uses the state of the art technology , very clean and calming atmosphere, and have always taken the time to answer my questions throughly.
