Ballard Family Dentistry

I had terrible experience at a previous dental office I was a patient at. The Dental hygienist made fun of me regarding my teeth,and was very belittling. If that wasn't enough when I went in to have TWO of my wisdom teeth pulled, while under sedation they took all four.
I was terrified of going back to the dentist, but knew I really needed to go. I am so thankful that I went to Ballard Family dentistry. From the front desk staff, to the financial department, and all the way to the dental assistants everyone was very kind and understanding. I would like to send a personal thank you to my Hygienist Vanessa, and Dr. David Ballard for handling my very delicate situation with patience ,professionalism, and kindness. I'm so thankful for everyone!

Dr Dave finished my crown work today. I was so totally impressed with the precision of his work.he truly cares how your teeth feel to you and does not mind if you Express your thoughts. I always have a great experience at Ballard family dentistry everyone there is professional and courteous. His assistant chera was also amazing today. She was so spot on with the preparation of the crown and rose was equally amazing with the finance part it didn't hurt a bit. Lol if anyone is looking for a great dental office I highly recommend Ballard family dentist.you will not be disappointed !!!!!!!!!

Dr. Scott and Vanessa and staff are amazing! I won’t ever go to another dentist. They are very honest, don’t try to do things that you don’t need. I appreciate how genuine the whole staff is. Even the gal that checked me out after my appointment was super sweet and caring. Thank you!!

First let's start with Meaghen Stephens, WOW! She's the best hygienist I've ever dealt with, ever. She's thorough and informative. She helped me with a precise plan and follow through to help with my periodontal disease and saved my teeth! Amazing attitude with love for her position. A valued employee to the Dental practice!
Next let's talk about Jason! Personality Plus! Jason helped with every aspect of rebuilding my smile and my trust in dental care. For years with my other dentures and partials, I hated to smile. After working with Jason, I'm living and smiling beyond my dreams.
I will close with Dr. Mansell. He's professional, he offers options with thorough explanations and he's straight forward. I started going to Ballard's Family Dentistry when we moved down here 15 years ago and have never been disappointed. They have my highest recommendation!

I live in The Woodlands and was visiting my daughter in north Ft Worthadt week. I had an issue when one of my crowns came loose. My daughter and her children go to Ballard Family Dental, so she called them first thing on Friday morning. They asked me to come on in and their personal service was awesome. In less than an hour, I was in and out and my crown perfectly recemented to my tooth. From the young lady at the reception desk, to the Dental Assistant, the Administrative Assustant and the Dentist himself, everyone was just super. They were all very friendly and made my visit a complete success. I would highly recommend Ballard Famiky Dental to you and your family. Great folks-awesome, personal care!👍😎

Wonderful dentist. Staff is very warm and welcoming. I had a double appointment with my daughter and I and when it was my turn the ladies helped keep my daughter occupied. Both my mother and boyfriend are terrified of dentist but with my referral they came here. The staff is super understanding of fear and will work at your pace and do what they need to help you be comfortable.

Excellent Dental Service! I came in for a standard dental cleaning. It had been a year since my last cleaning so I was a little nervous. I saw Sandy, a RDH, who was upbeat, friendly, informative, fast-paced and a good listener of my concerns. She made sure I was comfortable at all times (I am 8 months pregnant) and shared my excitement about upcoming motherhood and love for Dentistry. The office staff was very welcoming and did a wonderful job of ensuring the safety of each patient while checking in. They had smiles on their faces and were pleasant despite the fact that it was a blistering-hot day! (office check-in was outside for safety precautions--COVID). Overall, excellent experience here and I am anxious to return back in December for my next cleaning! 10/10, Ballard Family Dentistry.

I don't know where to begin as to how amazing my experience was with Ballard Family Dentistry! They made me feel so welcome from the minute I walked in to the clinic to the minute I left. I was amazed at how much they asked about ME and made the visit about ME. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother or that I was "just another patient." Each person that I encountered made sure that I knew who they were, what they were going to do, and always made sure that I was doing okay during the process. The dental assistant, Nancy, truly exhibited a care for me during the rigorous process of xrays and making sure that I was comfortable. The hygienist, Erika, was so sweet and asked a lot of questions about me (and took notes). Yes, they may do this with EVERY patient, but, they all made me feel like I was the only one they were concerned about at that time. She made sure that Dr. David also knew everything that she knew about me. He was very personable and seemed genuinely interested about me and my care at his practice. They have truly set the bar high for how a dental practice, and any business, should perform!

They truly went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I knew that they cared about me as a person! I will most definitely be referring as many people as I can to them. Everyone should be able to have this type of experience wherever they go.
