For the 5 years I been down here hands down I had the best service I was in so much pain with the cause of me still having my wisdom tooth still in. The manger Ms.Edna help me out she super nice and The assistants was so nice with me. Edith was very gentle with my x-rays they can be a Little uncomfortable at times but mines wasn’t at this visit. Connie was nice she’s the other assistant. Marci oh what can I say she such a great person as well The doctor is the best his name is Miguel Ruiz he knew everything he was doing from start to finish. I also came here to get my deep cleaning and wow it was well worth. I’m spreading the word if you need your teeth clean or work done on your mouth come visit splendid dental care….

This has been hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. If you have children I highly suggest this Office. I have a very low pain threshold and high anxiety and have gone many years without proper dental care. Edna was so loving and gentle with me understanding my pain and anxiety and working with my financial situation to ensure I got my needs met. Dr. Ruiz was amazing as well explaining everything in detail no matter how long it took ensure every step of the way that I felt no pain. Bianca was fast but prompt and friendly. Edith was also such a sweetheart adjusting to my needs as we went as well as Connie. The entire staff here goes above and beyond to work with you to ensure you get the best treatment and they are literally the best experience I've had in a medical setting. You couldn't find more caring friendly people.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. They had a different dentist every time I went. I was told wrong information. My insurance paid the balance and now, almost a year later and I received a bill for over $800. In the letter they say to 'please contact us as soon as possible if you feel there is an error,' yet they give no phone number or email for customer service or billing.

Everyone is professional, to-the-point, and thorough with information and services provided. I am so glad that I am a patient here. Dr. Ruiz makes you feel comfortable and the staff is the same way. Aside from this, the cleanliness is second to none. I'd give 10 stars, if possible.

The front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. This dental practice felt like home from the first day. They really worked with us to get a last minute appointment during spring break! The facilities are really nice and modern, and I never dread coming to get a cleaning!
