Dental care was fine. Waited forever in chair. Dentist chose to do opposite side then I signed off on, then they got my signed informed consent signed after. No big deal, because I needed both sides done and was same thing. However, when I called to reconcile insurance question, administrative personnel was extremely rude. Condescending tone and assumption that I had it wrong without even hearing me out. Not customer service.

Very friendly staff and they also make you feel comfortable while your getting your cleaning done!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!! The staff was amazing. Warm welcoming smiles as soon as you walk through the door. Evelyn was so sweet, kind and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. she was very considerate of my comfort whiling taking pictures of my teeth. You can just feel the positive energy and that she enjoyed what she does! Dr. Danny came in and was so professional and kind. He really explained any doubt I had about my teeth. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice on taking care of my teeth. I literally have never experienced such a great Dentist visit! Office was super clean. You will definitely get top of the line service at this place!! This office is the Best!!

Very good treatment and their staff is super friendly. The environment is pretty peaceful. The doctor is very friendly and explains everything to you and treats you with calm and precision. I really recommend everyone coming here.

They deserve ZERO stars! I made my appt July 1st for an extraction, I filled out my pre forms on July 1st. THEY WAITED TO JULY 16TH TO REVIEW my forms.. to say they needed approval from a cardiologist. WHY wait 15 days..they called me two times about insurance verification once about coming in early, but didn't review my chart.. not all heart disease needs approval and I KNOW they didn't verify. When returning to the room for the exam, somebody said well if she doesn't like it she can go somewhere else! AND I LEFT.. THERE'S A DENTIST DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET who would probably communicate better than them. Do NOT get mad at the customer for finding flaws in your system!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Splendid Dental. The front staff is very professional and polite. That alone goes a long way for me. Dr. Danny Chirla has great bedside manner. I was told I needed my fillings replaced by another dentist office. However, Dr Chirla informed me that this was unnecessary. In fact he stated that this could cause damage. I appreciate his honesty. The dental hygienist was also great! I cannot remember her name but she was so sweet. I believe I have found my new forever dentist! I definitely recommend Splendid Dental.

I loved this place! It was in and out and my son loved his visit as well. Dr. Gaines and her staff were professional and provided excellent service. Mrs. Linda at the front desk was friendly and amazing!

I think it's a little ridiculous to wait an hour before being seen by the dentist for just a routine cleaning. Had an appointment, new patient paperwork was completed online before coming in, arrived 10 minutes early and still waited in the lobby long past my appointment time before I was even called back. Staff was otherwise very friendly and thorough in their work, but the long wait makes this less than 5 stars for me.

Professional and friendly. Very patient with my special needs child. Also very helpful with charting a course with the treatment plan and payment options. Happy to have found this dental office.
