I made an appointment a month in advanced and went to the appointment and no one was there. I had two notifications about this appt being on 7/14/2021. No one called to notify me that they were not going to be at the office. Common courtesy is to call your patient! Then i called the office and they told me my appt was the day before, No, i know when the appointment was!

They were not very professional. I actually ended up going somewhere else after my initial visit. It was rushed, the man who was the dentist at the time I was there made me extremely uncomfortable. I eventually received a letter that was two sentences and a handwritten amount of money to pay. I never received a detailed bill or any more information. I tried calling and every time was met with more confusion over said “bill”. Take your money and insurance somewhere else.

Literally the worst dental office when it comes to billing the insurance they are the absolute worst!!! their customer service very poor, the last time we were there the dental assistant was rude and then when the doctor said “ where are the past X-rays “the assistant said “ I don’t see them oh well whatever” she didn’t care obviously. Another thing they have a different dentist like every week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

Went here and during a pandemic nobody was masked, the dentist nor front desk staff. Very uncomfortable, the dentist sat close and breathed in your face. There was no way to social distance once the patient mask was off. They should be protecting their patients, especially those at risk which this patient was. Over $500 quoted for a tooth extraction for a woman with a Medicare dental discount. Ridiculous. Sending her to my dentist who quoted $150-$300. They were going to pull her tooth without first giving her antibiotic for a few days first to help the infection die down, which is what my dentist said they never do. Would never go back here again and pray nobody had the virus. Also asked for dental x-rays to be emailed to us, and they never sent them.
