RUN!!! The customer service at this location is a nightmare... not to mention a billing nightmare with all of their calculation errors! If you're looking for a review that persuades you against going to this place, say no more. If you have insurance, you can expect them to charge you incorrectly (you need to know your coinsurance % because they will take advantage of you if you do not). You can expect to be seen for your appointment 1-3 hours after your actual appointment time, because the staff DOES NOT, and WILL NOT make you a priority. "First come, first serve" does not exist in their vocabulary, so expect others who arrived after you to be helped before you (I still went through with my procedure but was late to an interview because of this!!!). This location should be renamed to "Nightmare Dental Care". At least if you do go to this location, you can drown your sorrows from the experience here at Torchy's right next door.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! Dr.Danny and his staff are accommodating, professional, do absolutely amazing work, so in a nutshell the best dental office ever.
Never thought I would say that I enjoy a trip to the dentist but in this case I can honestly say it's a terrific experience.

If you are looking for a very personable Dentist office, this is the one to go to. I am a new patient and they have made me feel welcomed every time. They are very detailed with their cleanings and very good with explains everything! Highly recommend this place 😊

Great experience! Knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff. No issues with getting my insurance sorted out. NO WAIT! I was a little nervous but staff were reassuring and explained throughout the process. The office is new, very clean. No issues or complaints! Looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!

Billing is always incorrect, either they submit for something that was NOT performed or do NOT file at all. Feel like I have to babysit this office on how to file claims for services received . SMH
