Excellent service, knowledge and facilities. Incredible staff and dentists, dedicated to informing patients of the best ways to care for their oral health. Great place for parents and children. Definitely a positive and welcoming vibe.

I came in there with a severe crippling toothache and they got me in. I wanted to just extract the tooth. The extraction without insurance is pretty expensive but they were willing to work with me. However i haven’t been able to get my pain meds filled since the prescription “required clarification” and they couldn’t get into contact with restoration smiles .

This is probably the best dentists I have ever found for my kids. They are genuinely caring, friendly and very informative when it comes to my kids teeth. My 5 year is always looking forward to his appointments.

I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist’s office. From the moment I walked in I was treated warmly by every person I had contact with. I was honest about my history of negative experiences, which weren’t brushed off but respected. Thank you. Truly.

If I could put a 0 I would. I had an apportionment scheduled for December 3rd with an EMAIL CONFIRMATION. And when I showed up to the dentist they were CLOSED. No notice, no phone call, no reschedule. I contacted the office last week (12/8). And got their main scheduling line and the lady I spoke with was very nice and she could see that I had an appt scheduled and she noted for the office to call me. Great! I waited and I even gave it a few hours, days just in case they were busy. Today (12/13) I called and got the tomball location explained my situation and the lady that answered hung up the phone when I was done explaining. I called again and before even saying hello, I got hung up on. Called yet again and got the main office line and they told me they were at “lunch” and she would have to note down for the office to call again.

The front desk is amazing and friendly, I’ll give you that.
Last December the dentist there told me I had tooth decay and that I should to fix it, even though I never had any kind of ache/pain or sensitivity. Since he “fixed” the cavity, I started to feel pain every time I would chew or drink something cold. Then they fixed it again, but the pain was still there. Then they re-did the job… but I would still have pain. Nothing showed up on the images, so they referred me to an endodontist that also didn’t find anything on her imaging, but I had to spend $600 just with the copay to have a root canal treatment (well done, painless).
Besides that, they (Restoration Smiles) started sending me a bill from their re-do, like it’s not their responsibility to cover their own mess.
I had to go back to them to finish the filling and put a crown on my tooth… so they called me last minute before the appointment to say that my Out of pocket amount it was over $1k…
What I see is “I never had a tooth ache in my entire life until you guys touched it” and then they wanted to make money over that.
I won’t be going back there EVER. I won’t take my kids there and neither will my husband to risk going to their clinic. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants to get sucked into bills and new “tooth decay” that they might find.
I won’t mind spending that amount to finish the situation they put me in, But that money will be going to somewhere else.
***Updating*** I went to a dentist in Brazil (where I am from) and they couldn’t believe the amount of BS I was told here. By the end, I only needed the filling because I’m still have 2/3 of my tooth after the root canal’s done. I spent less than $100. I will report Restoration Smiles to BBB.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in all my years. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived and throughout my cleaning, every person I interacted with were so polite and professional. They took their time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Overall a wonderful experience!

Excellent service, extremely nice facility, kind staff. Wish I could afford it though. But that’s on me really…. Should have taken better care of my teeth. 38k for fixing my chompers….I don’t know anyone that could afford that.
