I have had a great experience and the staff and doctors they are wonderful. I have been taken care of every time I have had to come in short noticed.Sarah has been awesome in helping me with my decision making, I have always hated to go to the dentist but this place is very friendly and caring and always making sure you are comfortable plus that you are satisfied with what has been done. I felt proud when they asked how my grandkids were doing.

From the minute I walked in the door, I felt so welcome! Everyone was so nice. It was spotless! No one rushed through anything, everything was explained carefully to me. They were constantly making sure I was comfortable! They asked me over and over, if I ever needed anything just to let them know. I felt as though I had a very thorough exam. I’m confident in my choice. I’m very pleased with this office, and will be back this week for fillings.

The doctors, hygienists, office people, assistants and trainees here are the nicest, most cheerful dental folks I've ever met. They were helpful and clear and were also able to express possible future concerns about any proposed treatment. They did a best-class job and I will be happy to work with them again!

Everyone at Restoration Smiles is wonderful! Dr Vu is fabulous with my 2 boys. The techs are also very helpful and have caring personalities and you can tell they enjoy working there. The front desk receptionist is my favourite! She is so friendly and super sweet! We enjoy going there and will continue to go only there!

I have been bringing my children here for a little over a year now and we've had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone in the office from the front desk back to the dentists are so friendly and upbeat, so it makes the whole dental experience much more comfortable. Being seen is a pretty seamless process as they have online scheduling, all of their forms are digital and they respond quickly.

The staff are genuinely kind and thoughtful. They really make for a pleasant visit. The Dentist was patient and friendly. I really appreciate their professionalism and chairside manner. We used to give a lot of business to a dentist office down the road (off 249 & Northpoint) but they overhauled their staff and began providing poor customer service, and in many cases rudeness from office lead. The wait was much longer and the facility was not very clean.

Such a great dentists office! Just had my first visit here today and everyone was incredibly welcoming. All of the staff was kind, addressed me by name, and made me feel very comfortable. The office was very clean and being able to watch Netflix in the chair was pretty cool!
