I used to trust this place before but during my last visit, “doctor” Loft rushed the procedure and hurt my 4 year old daughter in the process. He says he has years of experience with children but it certainly does not show. I was so proud of her for being brave and following directions. She toughed it out during the uncomfortable X-rays and did her best with the laughing gas but he completely ruined the experience with his impatience and left her terrified. He was rude, did not take responsibility and instead blamed my baby for moving and causing the accident. I requested to speak with the owners and was reassured they would call me to address the situation but much to my disappointment it has been three days and I have yet to receive a call. My daughter is fine thankfully but I will not be bringing any of my children here again. Come here at your own risk and don’t expect them to accommodate you should and accident occur.

I had such a great experience at Restoration. The entire staff was professional and friendly. They also made it a point to ask me how I was doing on multiple occasions to make sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. I went in because I was experiencing a pretty bad toothache, so painful that I couldn't eat. Dr. Dang told me I had a cracked tooth and was able to fill the tooth right away, easy and pain-free. After she was done she told me what I could expect for the next few days, and fortunately since then the toothache has been completely gone.
If you're looking for a dental office I highly recommend Restoration.

Restoration Smiles is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is very modern with televisions on the ceiling so you can watch programming while being tended to. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I chose Restoration Smiles because they were in-network for my insurance. I will continue going to them because the staff was so gentle and caring with my 3 year old son for his first dentist appointment. They engaged with him, got him stickers, put his favorite TV show on to watch while they examined his teeth. New experiences usually involve terror and screaming for my son, but there was none of that with these people. My son doesn't fear the dentist because of them. Thank you guys!
