They will see you for 15 mins and have you an hour and a half waiting. They have also messed up my teeth twice already the first time they made me wait to get my wisdom teeth removed and by the time they finally let me get them removed my teeth got crooked they also don’t want to pay to get them straightened and the second time the doctor went straight to drilling my teeth when I was there for a cleaning and drilled too far. When I addressed it they said everything was fine and now I have a cracked tooth. And guess what it turned out I was right. Now I have to go get a cap where my tooth cracked. Honestly Don’t come unless you want to file a lawsuit soon.

Dr. Mai and her team are amazing! My husband and I have always been hesitant at the dentist so we held off on dental work that needed to be done. Dr. Mai was very kind and gentle as was her staff. They make sure we are always comfortable and the staff is so welcoming and sweet! Recommend for sure if you are scared or hesitant, now we are regulars.

I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism we experienced on 02/28/2022 from doctor Loft. I have never left a negative review, but this behavior was extremely unacceptable, I could not allow for it to repeat. We had an appointment for my daughter to undergo a basic procedure. She was to be placed under local anesthesia for this procedure, he did not allow time for the numbing cream to take affect and proceeded to put the needle in her mouth missing her gums, abruptly inserting the needle into her cheek and scraping her lips in the process, making her mouth bleed. When he saw the blood he got up and walked towards the door to leave the room. When I asked him if he was going to do anything about what he had done to control the bleeding, he snarked at my daughter and I, making such unprofessional comments and gestures. No one in the office would help my daughter as she was bleeding, so we had to rush her to the hospital to stop the bleeding and ensure that no additional damages were caused. I will definitely be taking this up with a formal complaint against the facility and their licensing board. My daughter is 4. This is never acceptable. This Dentist is not kid friendly.

The office had great energy and everything was so upbeat which just completely changes the vibe and experience of going to the dentist! This was by far the best cleaning experience I have ever had!!! Martin was amazing! He was thorough and I was pleasantly surprised that I was not uncomfortable AT ALL during the cleaning. Dr. Mai and her staff are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a new dentist!

The Dentist was great! However, the cleaning was horrible. I actually enjoy the getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was so rough and keep getting my gums. I would have thought that he would have noticed by me jumping in pain, but he didn’t. Then he asked me if I floss nightly, which I told him I do because I actually do. He was like- well you sure are bleeding a lot. I was bleeding a lot because he cut my gums up. My poor daughter had the same experience. A female staff member came in to talk with me and I let her know about the experience we had. I asked her if the Dentist could do her sealants instead of the hygienist and she told me yes. However, she obviously didn’t relay the message because the hygienist came back in and did her sealants. The hygienist was nice we could just barley hear him and he is very rough.

We arrived a few minutes late, but got taken in right away. There was pretty much no waiting (lobby or exam room) at all. Dr. Vu was great with my 5yo & 7yo children. The staff was super friendly.

The office is so nicely up to date and clean and the staff was so incredibly nice and gentle with my 5 year old daughter. She has never liked a dentist until this one! I would highly recommend to anyone!
