I have severe anxiety at the dentist. They worked with me through it. I went because I had a severe infection and ended up getting teeth extracted. Dr. Wu and her staff were so amazing. I think I may get gas the next time. Don't do well with shots.

The Dental Assist I had to check me on on my first visit was a real pleasure. She was professional but sweet and very kind. She took x-rays and made sure The tabs she used in my mouth were the right size and downsized when some were not.
The Doctor was very professional and kind as well. I an deathly afraid of needles in the mouth and he assured me that he could fill 3 teeth with no shots. He did do that on the next visit. WOW, no pain!!!!!
Thank you for a great staff and wonderful experience.

My initial gut feeling about this place was not to go back after my consultation. I went anyway. They staff is incompetent and rude. They have no idea how to work the computer system and take a very long time to help you. During my filling I felt violated. No glasses to keep the light out of my eyes. Water all over my face and down my neck. Dry lips. They didn’t care. Went the first time and paid before my visit. Second time didn’t pay at all. Was going to schedule a third appointment and just get it over with and all the sudden they need payment before I can schedule. Never needed it before. This place is impersonal and I felt extremely uncomfortable. One of the assistants was very rude to me but very nice to my hubsnd. Kept smiling at him and almost flirting. She was not this nice to me. The whole experience was a nightmare. I’ll never be back.

I originally went in for a broken tooth that had been causing me a lot of pain. I thought that was the only thing wrong considering I had been to a dentist about 5 months ago. Aspen dental actually showed me my x Ray's and in detail showed and explained that I had a little more problems that the other dentist had been to failed to mention to me. Without Aspen I would have continued on not knowing and would have caused me more pain in the future. The staff is super super nice and understanding. I was super worried about pricing considering I'm on a budget, but they do offer payment plans!! Was a big relief! I would absolutely reccomend to everyone to go to Aspen!

Staff was excellent and I was out of town so my insurance did not cover my repair, but the cost was high for replacement filling but everybody was wonderful and they were fast and efficient.

My Son went in for oral surgery to have all 4 of his wisdom teeth surgically removed. The doctor didn’t sedate him she used Novocain which kept wearing off. She gave my son 10 Tylenol 3’s for pain which was not helping due to the fact he was in excruciating pain. They attempted to deaden his mouth over 20 times. I had to call repeatedly to finally get a response from the Dentist. I explained to her I’ve been in the medical field for over 20 years and it was gross negligence on her behalf to keep performing oral surgery on and individual who’s mouth would not stay numb. She attempted to lie and say he didn’t want sedation because it was too expensive we have a 10,000 dollars financing through their program. So that was a lie this so called dentist after the surgery prescribed him 10 Tylenol 3. I informed her that my son doesn’t have a DEA score that would prevent him from receiving more pain medication. 10 pills every 4 hours for pain is only a 24 hour supply. She recommended he take 2 and go buy ibuprofen from the store. I informed her that I would be taking my son to the emergency room and I would be at aspen Monday with the bill. She called in 10 more. Stay away from aspen dental and especially Dr. Vo. My son was in the most excruciating pain of his life and they didn’t care his face was swollen head hurting and you expect a person to survive off 10 Tylenol # 3. What a joke. Please avoid at all cost. They are unprofessional and the dentist aren’t concerned with patient after care. I took me 4 hours to get a return call. UNACCEPTABLE

My first experience with Aspen Dental was awesome.Being my first time to visit a dentist since Im only been in the United states for less than 4 months, everyone who assisted my husband and I made sure that we understand everything. Kudos to the last lady we spoke with who took her time to explain what needs to be done as my teeth needs a lot of attention. I'll be going back for my first deep cleaning on February 18 and I am looking forward for that. Dr Vo, my dentist made my first visit comfortable as she joked with me having our shoes both the same. I'm sure I have made the right choice to have Aspen Dental to take care of my teeth.

Worst experience I’ve had at an Aspen Dental Location. We were at the Topeka, KS location and had our plan already put together. We just moved back to Texas and decided to stay within Aspen since they would have our records. Keep in mind we live close to an hour away from this location. First, they lied to us and told us they had no documents from the Kansas location. Then, they did nothing but try to up sell us on our plan. We had to wait for close to an hour in the waiting room to speak with someone about the plan they were wanting to push on us, just to see other people that never even waited to get put in front of us. So we asked if they could just give us a call to schedule our next appointment and speak to us about their “plan”. The receptionist said that it wasn’t a problem. They only called my father and scheduled him but never called me. When I called today they first tried to tell me there was no record of me being there (even though I was at my appointment not even a week ago!!). Then lied to me saying my father told them not to call me even though I was right beside him when they called. This location is poorly ran, full of liars, and a JOKE. They just want your money, not what’s best for you. Save your time and money.. go to another location or another dentist.
