My grandson had 4 wisdom teeth removed without sedation today and the dentist had the nerve to send this child home with 10 Tylenol 3 to make it through all the pain that he was in behind these extractions. What kind of mess is that. Oral surgery with anesthesia should have been done. What is 10 Tylenol 3's going to do for his pain? Had to be taken to the Hospital.

Horrible, i went back in 2017 and now receiving a letter in 2019 stating that i owe $140 not only do i have insurance but also made a payment the say of my appointment. They lost my payment information i had to get online and get proof of the payment that i made through my bank and send it via email. That’s unprofessional & i work hard for my money why would i give it away ? I’ve never been back since, i now go in Livingston texas which is further for me then tyler but at least I don’t have to pay them twice!

At first I was unhappy because I came 2 months ago for an appointment and I wasn't seen because the dentist stepped out . I got an appointment card for October , and the receptionist didn't even put it in the computer . I was expecting disappointment considering I seen a whole new crew of employees. They were able to work me in so I was happy 😊

My daughter broke her tooth on a Friday at 3:00pm. She was in severe pain. I called the emergency line to see if I could get someone to call her in a prescription until we could be seen. I was told a doctor would call me in 20 minutes and if I did not hear from them call back. Long story short after several returned phone calls 5 hours later the answering service called back to let me know a doctor would not be returning my call and for me to go to the ER. WOW!! I changed dentist immediately.
