Everyone was extremely kind and professional except for the doctor I had. She was poor at explaining the situation, getting clearly frustrated at my lack of understanding and questions as if I’d gone to school for this. No patience and definitely a lack of empathy/sympathy for someone in pain.

This place is only concerned about taking your money and not at all about you being comfortable with the teeth you pay thousands for I would strongly recommend you going somewhere else! I was seriously fooled in the beginning! because they told me I would get a full refund and full refund is a full refund but only gave me the money back for the junk dentures and not all the money back for the poor job that they did and some of it was because they didn't do a proper extraction and left teeth particles behind and didn't do a good job sowing my gums and that's my fault and that has to come out of my pocket that's not right at all bad business! So they did not give me a full refund like they had said I guess that makes them liars as well!

I hate going to the dentist. Today was my 1st visit to aspen for some "major" work. The staff was super friendly, laughing, and made it comfortable. One even got me out of my own head when I started to freak out some. The dentist I saw was great, friendly, and gave me all of the info I needed to proceed. I have dental anxiety and they could tell right off the bat but when I say I’ve never felt more comfortable in a dentist office I mean that. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, seen, and happy.

I had 6 teeth pulled at a Dentist in Mabank Tx. They about destroyed my mouth. I went to Aspen Dental in Tyler. They had to drill out broken bones that the old dentist left in. The Aspen Dentist took great care not to hurt me. There was no way dentures would fit until the bones were taken out. I go back to Aspen in two weeks to get dentures. The Aspen dentist was so kind and really knows her stuff. After the surgery on my lower jaw my mouth didn't bother me. I thought the Mabank dentist was going to pull my head off. I would recommend Aspen to anybody who has teeth problems.

Third world ghetto dentist office. They will try and con you into services you don't need to make $$$. Stay away from this place if u care about your teeth and your wallet.
I called the number Krista gave in her reply. It wasn't her # someone else. I still told them how bad things are at the Tyler office. She said she would pass it along. Makes me no difference I've moved in. Just trying to save other ppl from the headache and disgust.

WORST DENTIST EVER. Wanted to charge me $3500 plus and because I didn’t want to spend the money for a root canal I decided to just have the molar tooth pulled. I went back the next day and let them know that they said they REFUSE to pull the tooth because it’s A HEALTHY TOOTH (?) and should go get a consultation at a specialist (that I have to pay for) ummmmmmm what!? DO NOT GO! They were willing to let me pay thousands of dollars for a tooth that was healthy.
