The service at Aspen Dental is awesome! My experience with the doctors, attendants, hygienists and managing consultants is always pleasant...however, I gave them a four this time because the girl at the front desk could use some training on how to deal with the patients. Her demeanor was cold, disingenuous and aloof. She ignored me and left me standing aimlessly at the desk after I asked her a question about my care. However, once I got past her, the atmosphere was totally different and the office manager apologized.

This was my 1st time coming to this dentist office. Everyone was great! My dentist was able to squeeze me in on getting my tooth pulled that had me in horrible pain. She was able to get it done right then and there . The scheduling lady was super friendly and helpfully and really understanding! But the dentist and her helper were amazing!! Sorry I don’t remember names! 😕 I will most definitely be coming back to get the rest of my teeth fixed! Thank you for your great service!

My visit today was great. All of the staff that I was in contact with were very friendly, helpful and professional. All the options were explained and I never felt pressured to do anything. I am looking forward to returning next week to get my dental procedure done.

First time in Aspen Dental, very inviting all the staff here is super nice. I needed to get a procedure done for snap in dentures in 1 week before today, each Dr or colleague I talked too had thorough information. Want to give a great shout out to Lauren she worked with me on getting financial quotes, taking care of discount and any time I called with a question she was there to answer. Thank you Dr. Gadusu and her assistant completed my surgery today. They did an outstanding job making sure I was comfortable, she is great about making sure it's right and correct. Love that she has heart and pride in what she does. My smile will be gorgeous. Very happy and want to thank you all 😀

The staff here is very friendly. Ms. Whitney was so personable & helpful. I broke a tooth & they got me in the day after I called. I wound up needing more work than I thought & they worked with me & took care of me that day. This really helped due to the fact I work a lot. The doctors & nurses did a great job as well. Thank you

The staff was super. Had a full set of dentures made..they have never fit my mouth. Went back several times to get them to remove some of the bottom and top..
I have yet to be able to wear them. They are way too big for my mouth..that was 2 years ago..did not help with finances and with me being on small amount of social security..it really hurt my pocket book. If you have a small mouth please do not go there. Wasted my 4000 dollars..

The doctor that worked on my teeth was kind and knowledgeable. However, I have been having an issue with billing for months. When I questioned in depth, I was told to hold on two different occasions and then hung up on. No one calls back. I have a standing account, have made payments, and they clearly have my phone number to call back. There has been multiple billing adjustments since I have paid hundreds out of -pocket and no one can explain why. Instead of giving me an accurate and thorough billing explanation, the lady simply repeats herself. It’s frustrating to work with a company that can’t offer clear billing explanations, hang up on you in frustration, and refuse to follow up on a dental complaint regarding services rendered (and paid- I have receipts) within the past few months. I’m very disappointed but I had to give a few stars for the kind dental assistant and dentist. In fast food terms, Aspen Dental is like Burger King in a world full of Chic-fil-As!!

Worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. Rude and unprofessional. The whole time I was getting my extraction the dentist and his assistant were having conversation about random people and things that were not related to the job. I was so uncomfortable! The finance department is terrible, They only seem to be worried about the money and didn’t show any real concern for the patient. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone , there are so many other dentist offices in Tyler that are AFFORABLE and provide wonderful customer service! I would give this one 0 stars if I could . Never going back , hate I even went here to begin with! The dentist I have now is so much better!!!!!

I'm this visit my mother was in. She had a full extraction and Dentures put in. She had no problem whatsoever with them and neither did I they explained everything step-by-step that they was going to be doing let us know that they would be there if she needed them again. And they were so friendly which is why she decided to go ahead and do it there she liked everyone that she saw there. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Mount Pleasant Texas
