Staff was very nice. Dr. K was very good too. It was a tough procedure, but he stuck with it to the end. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the long wait for check-out. Usually at a doctor/dentist office you can briefly meet with the check-out person and go home. Had an extended wait in the waiting room after the visit. Other than that, all the services and personnel were fine.

The service was great, and it didn't take no time, at all. The only problem I had with them, was that just because I have bad teeth, they thought I don't take care of them. When I tried to explain that bad teeth run in my family, and I had a lot of problems when I was little, it's like they didn't want to believe me. Other than that, I would suggest them.

First REASONABLY priced implant dental office. Everyone was helpful, aware of options and didn't try to dissuade decision on implants as former DDS, although talented, cost me over 14,000 since 2016 - and never offered refund from 1000 cost of bonding when shade was abysmally off and four shades darker.
I felt used at my former DDS and after several years and thousands of dollars, I asked for a discount. THEY WOLL NOT.
At Aspen, I didn't feel like an annuity but like a person whom Aspen clinical as well as reception saw as a human being, not a dollar sign!

They were very sweet and listened the first time! Then it went down hill from there. I have been about 6 times with an appointment and got sent home 3 times cause they were double booked. I live about an hour away and was not happy. Then I wasn't seen for 3 months because of scheduling issues. So when I went back they had refunded my financial service with the money not used and now can't get the rest of my work done, till I come up with the cash. I have paid my bill on time sine I got it witch was in March, never missed a payment, but they won't put the refund back on there. Also it took 3 time to get my crown done right and I have complained since March about not being able to eat on that side because it hurts sooooo bad, this Monday in October they have new people in there and they finally took a look at it and drilled the fillings down and now I can eat! Will not go back for the rest of my work witch is only 3 fillings.

I would not come here! They cheated me out of $350 when I have 2 insurances they only filed it on 1 & I had to pay $350 when I ReaLized what they done they been telling me for months that they filed it on other insurance and when I call them my insurance has Not received a claim. This Was in January... do you think I've gotten my money back NOPE smh then the had the nerve to send me a bill saying I owe more money!!!!!

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. My 80 year old grandmother just had to have all of her teeth pulled because she needs to do chemo (just had a mastectomy) and can’t complete it without having her teeth out. She went to you guys today because she was in unbearable pain trying to get her new dentures in, etc. She didn’t want an appointment, she just asked if the dentist could look at her for two minutes and help her if she was doing something wrong. You were beyond rude, refused to see her at all, and only offered ‘your next available appointment’ days from now. The woman just had a mastectomy. She’s trying to beat cancer and the way you treated her is just unacceptable. It’s appalling. She was in tears. Imagine if it and been your grandmother or better yet, you. And refer her to your emergency line where a guy in another state said well ma’am I don’t know what to tell you. Ridiculous. Don’t go to this establishment. On principle alone. They do not live up to the standards they preach. Not even close.

I came in nervous and the staff did a good job really sure me everything I was in good hands the Doctor Sang ask me questions made me feel like he really care I really thank the staff for everything they did in my time with them
And kudos to Doctor Sang for keeping a 55-year-old man for acting like a boy God bless the whole staff

I was very surprised at the service I got here ! I hate dentist and was so nervous . The experience was fantastic ( if you can say that about pulling teeth and gross things like that) EVERYONE......was so friendly, so nice ! I would certainly recommend this place !

They just rush you out as fast as they can almost like cattle. They do not listen to anything you say. My husband had his denture done here. What a joke...... He still can not wear them and it has been almost 2 years. I wouldn't let them do my dentures.
