Not helpful with paperwork. Must handle much of paperwork on your own. Dental staff is very friendly. Billing is pay now and you are on your own to contact your insurance.

Worst experience ever they removed a crown and did a root canal which I believe was on the wrong tooth with no x-rays taken once the crown was removed I have no proof that it was decayed and neither do they the pain I was having I still have so they never fixed the problem they just wanted my money

Great experience. My tooth cracked on a Monday...being new to the area I knew of no dentist to cal. I went on the internet...found Aspen Dental...made and appointment through the internet...filled out all of the necessary forms and took them with me...which a saved an amount of time. I saved the best for last...I made the appointment at 7am and was in the office at 10. Problem taken care of immediately. And the staff is so friendly, professional and sweet...love them all. I will give 5 star rating...

I just had my first visit and I wish I would have chosen Aspen first! Everyone was very polite and upbeat. I felt very informed, as my dentist went over my X-rays and possible treatments with me. He was friendly and funny! I am glad I found them!

Kudos to Aspen Dental of Tyler, TX. I am currently without dental insurance and Aspen's free new patient exam and x-rays, discounted dental procedures and financial planning department has made it possible for me to plan and begin my needed dental care. Upon my first visit to begin work, Dr. Bradley and dental tech Amber were extremely kind and patient with me as I am one of those who has extreme dental anxiety! Understanding and compassion is paramount when I receive dental care and every staff member I came into contact with from receptionist, to finance and finally Dr. Bradley and Amber were 100% right on! I definitely recommend the Tyler Aspen Dental team to anyone needing affordable, competent and compassionate care. Thumbs up!đź‘Ť

On January 12, my mother had an appointment at 10:30am for her tooth bridge that was bothering her. We arrived at 10:15am. When we first walked in, there was no greeting. The lady at the desk, Lily, looked as if she did not want to be there and not friendly at all. She gave us the paperwork to fill out and mentioned it be filled outside due to COVID and she would give us a call when ready, which was understandable. My mother and I went to the car, filled out the paperwork and waited to be called. It's now 11:00am and still no call..my mother insisted we go back inside and ask why it's taking so long. When we walked in, I handed the paperwork to Lily and asked her if we have to keep waiting outside, she said yes. When we walked outside my mother mentioned to me how much longer do we have to wait? and why do we have to wait outside when clearly there were 2-3 people sitting inside, so why can't we? Therefore, I went back inside and asked Lily, how much longer will it be, our appointment was at 10:30, we arrived early, and at this point it was roughly around 11:10am. She said it shouldn't be any longer. I then went to ask her, why is it that we cannot wait inside when there were people sitting inside. She did not know how to respond to my question. There were about 3-4 seats available that did NOT have the "Do not seat" sign...
Once sat down, 10-15 mins later my mom was taken care of.
My mother said it was the most uncomfortable appointment she has ever been through. The “dentist” that took care of her was wanting to remove the tooth that was bothering her that same day and was also suggesting they remove an additional tooth, that was not bothering her whatsoever. He then asked his assistant for a second opinion on what they should do, as if he does not know what he is doing…they kept insisting to get both of her teeth removed immediately. My mother kept saying "no" she would like to talk to my father about it first, and it was strange to her why they would want to remove a tooth that has nothing to do with the pain. After the dentist kept on insisting they go ahead and remove it, the assistant said he only is in Tyler once a month and will have to reschedule if she does not agree to get it pulled out today. My mother has never been in a situation where they keep on insisting to get something done, and try to pressure her to do so by saying he is only in town once a month, seems like they are money hungry. OVERALL, this visit from the very first time we step foot in the building all the way to stepping foot outside of the building #nevercomingbackagain was a bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I saw three different dentist during my treatment. They all seemed a little confused on what treatment I needed due to this. Always paid everything that was asked of me before appointment. I am now receiving a bill for over $500. I've tried to reach billing staff and no one will return my calls. During the visits I have asked them to explain certain charges and they couldn't hardly read their own explanation of charges. Very unhappy and will not be going back.
