Smith Dental was recommended to me by a couple different people so I expected a good experience. However, I was shocked at the service I got.
1. I was asked to wait outside during the pouring rain until they called me (I had been dropped off and this was because their lobby was closed due to COVID) so unpleasant, but I understood.
2. But then, I was seated in the chair and waited there for 1hr and 20 mins before seeing the doctor
3. The dr. Finally came in, stuck a mirror in my mouth for 6 seconds and said I dont see any apparent issues, you must be grinding your teeth which is causing your pain. ( I informed him it feels like a cavity even sugar bothers it and he didn't even look further into it.
4. As I was still sitting there confused, the dr. Took a phone call on his cell phone and said have to take this nice to meet you and walked out.
I was shocked and frustrated that I had to pay 65 for nothing but to be treated as if they needed me gone. I wont be back even though they made me pay for my next appointment today :(
UPDATE:
I received a personally typed letter of apology from the dentist himself whixh explained his emergency in needing to answer his phone right away. He also sent me a refund for my visit that day.
So I do believe that was nice of him to do that to try and make things right because not everyone cares. Also, im sure things like that do not happen often.

Wonderful experience. Was treated like family. We were changing dentist we were not treated like family or friendly. Every employee we ran into said hi and would of stopped and talked if we wanted to. You could see who friendly they were to each other and to the other patients.
