Everyone is always so friendly!!! I always have Hope as my hygienist!!! She never disappoints me. My teeth love her!!’ I have been a patient there since I moved to Tyler in the early 1980’s. I inquired , if they have an open slot today at around 9:45 am, but the earliest will be in 4 days. Gretchen asked what was the problem, and I told her that my son’s front tooth broke . She put me on hold to ask the dentist if they can do it since she believed it was an emergency. I was happy and I told her about my son’s concern going to school with a broken tooth. After a while, she told me the good news that I can come in as early as 10 am . We got that fixed and was grateful for accommodating us ASAP. Awesome staffs and Dentist. I specially recognize Gretchen for taking the time to ask and take action on our situation . Thanks Connie , Mandy and Dr. Ogletree. Appreciate it so much.
