Connie got me an appointment with the other Specialist close by, same day, and that is concierge sevice! They also discuss pricing, so you know all the details and options.

Went for bi-annual cleaning and to establish as a new patient. I love that the staff is friendly and that the hygienist wasn’t “Chatty Cathy” during the cleaning. The dentist was very personable and did not try to upsell services or speak to me as I was of lower intelligence. The X-ray experience was a breeze, and the facility is beautiful and very clean.

My 9 year old son knocked out part of his 2 permanent front teeth on our hardwood floors. I called around because it happened on a Thursday afternoon and most dentist offices are closed Friday. Smith Dental made me an appointment for first thing Friday morning and check my sons mouth over thoroughly, as he kept saying it felt like the bottom teeth were going to fall out. After the evaluation, Dr. Rogers went over several options with me and wasn’t pushy on either of them but told me what he would do. I spoke with my son and he was ready to have them fixed right away. After we got the laughing gas on him he started to feel anxious and decided he wasn’t ready anymore. Dr Rogers was EXTREMELY patient and beyond amazing with my son. We decided to stop the procedure since we didn’t have him numb yet and to hold off as there are no nerves or concern what they way the teeth broke. I, personally, have a fear of dentist but Dr Rogers made me feel like even I could sit in his chair and make it through any dental procedure without being freaked out. Thank you so much Smith Dental for working us in quickly, having great prices, and being so wonderful with my son. We will definitely being sharing your name with everyone looking for dental needs.
