BEST dental experience I've ever had!
I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Smith Dental Care made me fell welcomed and valued. Every person was kind, caring, & attentive to my needs. The hygienist was very gentle, yet thorough. The dentist took the time to inform me about the health of my teeth and answered any questions I had. Smith Dental Care staff do their best to make you comfortable & cared for from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. I'm so thankful we found them!

I have never really had a warm fuzzy when having to go to any dentist. When we moved to Tyler we found this clinic on line and we made appointments. There is such a warm, friendly feeling when you first walk in the door. That was seven years ago and we still feel the same way about the dentists and especially all the staff!! My husband says when he needs a “feel good” moment, he can just come to the dentist!!

It was the most thorough exam that I have ever had done by a dentist office. They actually took the time to show me pictures (not X-rays, actual pictures) of my teeth so that I could see the damage that needed to be addressed. They answered all my questions; and I felt that they evaluated my teeth and their condition on a proactive approach. Looking forward to getting the work done!

Was needing an appointment asap, for a sudden issue, they were very accommodating and got me an appointment that day. Short wait time later I was in a chair getting x-rays and seeing the doctor soon after, we discussed all possible solutions and cause for the issue and started with the lowest cost and most likely solution/cause first.

I came in with concerns about my bridge. Dr. Ogletree was so caring, calm and reassuring. She performed a simple procedure in an effort to prolong the life of my current bridge, rather than replacing it. It looks great again! So thankful for this dental practice where they have never recommended unnecessary intervention. Before coming to Smith Family Dental, I was told by a dentist that I needed 8 fillings. That was nine years ago and Dr. Ogletree has still not recommended any fillings for me. I have had no problems. I trust Dr. Ogletree.

This place is BY FAR the BEST . From the time I walked in it was all smiles. Dr. Joe was Amazing he has wonder bedside manners. He walked me through the whole process start to finish very calming and understanding when it comes to his patients being scared.
