The staff was wonderful here. I came in thinking I needed a tooth pulled and come to find out I was told the wrong tooth all along and they were able to save the tooth with the issues. Friendly staff, friendly dentist. I am new to Tyler area but I think I found our families new dentist.

Beautifull One
Been coming here for years. They always will have a plan a dental prevention plan but they never ever pressure you into making a decision. Even though the waiting area is super nice you hardly ever will have a wait time. Sometimes the last if I have a preference on which doctor I would like to see and there is absolutely none over the other that I would prefer. I simply love them all. Their prices are more than fair and I have no desire to shop around.

The dentist left me there with Connie to figure out the plan that works best for me. I asked her several times about a different type of denture but she told me the dentists only use one kind. When we were getting up to leave she told me to take the long way out but not thinking I followed her and passed the box with all of the different types. SHE HAD LIED TO ME!! Why, I don’t know!? Now I’m having a hard time trusting anyone here.. I’m not sure if she was told to lie to me or she did on her own. I was and still is puzzled about the whole ordeal. Everything was good up until that point tho. I lost all trust. I found another dentist!

Dr. Douglas is and was EXCEPTIONAL. This was my first time being a new patient and Dr. Douglas listened, was attentive, and informative. The rest of the Staff Deniese and Karen and the Check in and out Staff members were also great. I was greeted and thanked and the overall feel of the office created a warm-welcoming feel. Everything was great! I showed up earlier than my appointment and was greeted and taken care of and was called to the back for my teeth cleaning in just a few short minutes. All the staff were kind and professional. My teeth cleaning experience was great as well. Zero complaints and I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back for my next appointment for sure!

Smith Dentist is the Best Dental that i been too.. came today @ 2:45 for my appointment and told them if i can get out within 30 minutes for my cleaning? The tech said sure no problem. And yes i live before 30 min and she did a great job..
