I love coming here. All the staff are friendly whether you're on the phone with questions or making an appointment or you're in the office for a cleaning/getting work done. Cruz has been the assistant many times when I come in. She knows what she's doing and is fun to converse with. She's professional, she's driven & educating herself which is wonderful to me... extremely important. When I started coming to Monarch in South Ogden, I was seeing another dentist who was great but went back to his home town to care for his ailing mom. Ever since I have been seen by Dr. William C.Fisher. I absolutely adore him. He gets the job done & is thorough but doesn't hurt me while cleaning. I recently had an Occlusal Adjustment, yesterday, Dr. Fisher pointed it out during my last cleaning that my teeth aren't fully lining up. It's some of the best money/time spent when I went in and he corrected it. All day today I've noticed a difference. It's nice to have them line up now rather than different points hitting first. I know that he's reduced my risk for my teeth cracking after long term damage & my jaw hurts less from it not shifting anymore. He is very knowledgable about everything in his field and will take the time to educate people in a manner where they won't forget his response; great analogies. Cindy in billing is wonderful also, she gets back to you if there are any issues then she actually takes care of what she says she'll take care of. I've needed her twice at the fault of my insurance and she was all over it. Thank you all for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Highly recommended!

I called at least a dozen dentists nearer to my home for a dental emergency. Finally called farther away, and they were the only ones willing to see me that day. My husband had recently had a surgery and we had to fit it around his follow up appointments. Dr. Fisher was first rate too. Gentle and thorough. Ok. Fast forward 2 hours. Temporary crown, less than 4 hours old fell off! Eating soup (chili) and chewing on the other side. Really!!???. Take back my 5 stars.

We were pushed into every procedure. We saw a different dentist each time we went in and they called to reschedule our appointments almost every time that we made one. They messed up our billing so much that we’re still receiving money back from them over billing us more than 3 years later. Now that we’ve been to a good dentist we’ve had to fix a lot of the things that we had done there. And they still try to contact us all the time even though we’ve asked to be taken off their lists. Save yourself the pain and frustration and go somewhere else!

Long wait times and definitely not young child friendly. Showed up 10 minutes before scheduled to do all paperwork, then waited an additional 45 minutes running my child around doing my best to keep her entertained. Their "children's area" consisted of a pile of random papers, that appear to look like trash and pages from books, and a hand full of toys. After waiting, the 45 minutes i ask about my appt time. At that time, they move us into the dentist room where they say to take a seat (she can't hold still for very long) and not sure how they do children's appt in this huge chair. I asked if she should sit in my lap. He seemed confused and just said, "um sure." so now my child can't play, walk, or have anything to do, while we wait again. She became frustrated quickly after waiting another 7 minutes and not being allowed to move. Ended up canceling the appointment and going else where. Probably should tell your clients you don't do youngsters.

Kylee did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Dr Pham was aware of needed repairs and suggested needed work.
All around a great experience although I need repairs. Grateful for the One Smile iinsurance as well.

This is the best place to take your kids for any of their dental needs. They also have an orthodontist that comes to the office once a week. Cindy the office manager is the best!! She always works with our busy schedule and is so friendly and personable. We love this place.

Worst place to go for orthodontic care!! Staff does not know what is going on with your treatments. Rescheduled all the time without my knowledge an they change orthodontists constantly. I had braces for 2 years an had 4 different orthodontists treat me. Finally finished an my retainer was loose so they told me they would re-use my mold an to come in for new retainers. I come in to get a new retainer an they lost my molds an want to do new impressions. Worst place ever!

Second time going to this office and I will keep coming back. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Dr. is great at what he does and gets right to the root of the problem. Genuinely enjoy going to this dentist.

I had heard terrible things about Monarch Dental; however, my appointment was great! They moved me through quickly because I needed to return to work. Financial processing was simple enough. Dr. Austad had great tips and advice and I look forward to returning.

If I could do a no star this would be the place, Completely awful service, I was better of going to work!!!
Nobody knows what they are doing here. Called about a severe tooth ache, got an appointment for 12:10pm which was right away. I thought great Showed up early, ready and everything. Was in the waiting room maybe 30-45 mins tops, Which i understood just fine its the dentist. Was brought to a room, Which were barley closed off from one another. I'm Not very comfortable hearing other patients cry and moan. I thought it was going alright x-rays were done just fine... Ideas passed back and forth, tho they were pushing for other things I was more just looking for a cheaper rought and to just pull the dang thing out And was trying to make that very clear.

They don't have much knowledge of what cost what there. Had 3 different prices for laughing gas and what my total would approximately come out to. They also suggested a couple financing options, one of which I qualified for I just needed a blank check and I gladly went and got one from my bank about 3:30 after the numbing shots were in effect.

I think maybe once an hour they just glanced in apologizing for the long wait and that they were short staffed. Didn't offer anything for pain or ask about anything. After waiting about two and a half hours I finally asked if the doctor could just come and give me a few pain relievers if I was going to be forced to wait any longer.
Well He finally came in a half hour later and did the shots, mind you I'm not very easy to offend about being a WOMAN but this comment did seem to be very pointed towards the sexist side. "You did good for a girl" is his remark, then went back to his other patient or patients and He mentions it twice not just once.

I then went to go get my check and went right back, only to be told it was a waste because apparently I didn't actually qualify because I wasn't letting them do what they wanted to do on my teeth... Sooo by now I'm very angry, frustrated, in pain again, and already paying a whole months check just for x-rays and to just be looked at. I paid for the stuff I already knew I was going to plus the decent amount they finally decided on for the gas and the extraction.

Now they were finally seeming concerned and like they give a darn about a client. They finally took me back too my room and five minutes later the docter is finally at the side of my chair along with my boyfriend keeping me more calm. By now it's after 5pm tho.
Tooth pulled a cavity filled "for no charge". He gave me a prescription for a strong Tylenol which gave me a terrible stomach ache no matter how hard I tried to eat and drink with it and another pain pill, but no antibiotics. Hmmm?

Don't tell clients you have openings when it's beyond clear that you don't and maybe start teaching everyone your clients talk too in this office on what cost what, and what tools they really should be giving the doctor. "No honey, the other one." is not something a patient likes to hear when your ripping apart their Jaw.
Terrible service DO NOT GO HERE money is they're only goal.
