The little dental assistant and dentist were great but they should be more upfront about the financing everyone before they do any services because once we were done and I was ready to make the appointment they told me I needed about 1200 up front and the rest like 700 could be financed so basically I paid for something and now feel kind of forced into the rest because they wouldn’t do the financing for everything at once they want to do it in separate contracts but had it all been done at once and totally upfront about the cost then I probably would have waited and shopped around a bit because almost 300 bucks for a tooth extraction seems a bit high to me but again the little gal that helped me in the back and the dentist were great.

Great office. Cindy, Kelcey, and Dr. Fisher are the best. Been with them for 20 years. Have already converted 3 of my closest friends. They won't accept any other DDS except Dr. FIsher, either. Love them like family.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist but coming to Monarch dental was an absolute amazing experience. The atmosphere was quiet and calming while managment staff was amazing.
I will definitely come back!

Monarch is always awesome about getting me in when I need some work done in a hurry. They are very professional and truly care about how their patients are doing asking constantly if your okay.

I met Dr. Erickson for the first time on June 20th. I was impressed with his knowledge. He performed a tooth extraction on a wisdom tooth. I barely felt the shots and had to ask if he got the tooth out because of the low degree of pressure. Yes, I can say I was very impressed with him and the staff. I also had my teeth cleaned with Celse. She also was very professional and gentle. I like Monarch Dental in South Ogden.

They always have amazing customer service. I’ve gone in for a check-up a few times and had work that needed to be done. I asked if they could do it immediately and they have always found time, saving me a lot of time!

WARNING STOP AND READ THIS BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS DENTIST.
The experience I had was an absolute nightmare. I had to have emergancy dental work, and initially thought it was a blessing that I was able to get in right away, however I found out quickly why it was so easy to get an appointment.
Everyone in the office was completely disrespectful even the first words out of the dentist mouth were insulting. After he took a teeny tiny look in my mouth he stated that I would need to pay him more than $1000 to fix my teeth, as I could not afford that right away he sent me packing.
I left feeling worse than when I came in. I was still in pain only now I was also angry, and I'll be honest a little hurt from the insults he had dished out in the beginning. I ended up finding a dentist 3 minutes down the road. He got me in right away was respectful, and did not cost an arm and a leg to get the job done. My bill went from $1400 to $200 . Even if this dentist is your last option it is not worth the trouble

This is an amazing dental office. They were very fast, professional, and pleasant. Kelcey was an amazing hygienist and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth!

I've had very positive experiences visiting this Monarch Dental for me and my family. The staff is very kind and personable. The office manager is great and keeps things running smoothly.
