They have a wonderful team hear. They take great care of my teeth, they remember me when I return for my next check-up, and there is always a cheerful atmosphere in the office.
The dentist is usually everyone's least favorite place to go, but here they make you feel at ease and they take the time to show they care about your oral needs.

Dr Adams and his team are awesome. I had an emergency and called him on Sunday after hours and left a msg on his phone, he called me an hour later super sweet and worked me in on his schedule next day. He is super sweet and his assistant as well. His whole office has been so helpful to me. I’m thankful and happy for all they have done so far!

Dentists are a dime a dozen; Dr Adam’s and his team are phenomenal. The quality of care is exceptional. I never feel as though I am trying to be up-sold on a service or product this is not required. And, one of the greatest benefits, is their billing and insurance departments! Who doesn’t like to save money?!? His team actually goes the extra mile to pursue full insurance reimbursement when the company is otherwise lacking to support. I highly recommend Grove Ave Dentistry!!

Regina has an amazingly positive personality and fantastic patience and skills as a dental hygienist. Dr Adams always on time at the end of my appointments to review and ask questions. Great team work.

As usual, my experience at Grove Avenue family dentistry was perfect. The staff is always polite and cordial, and Dr. Adams is the best. He is always checking with me to make certain that I am feeling no discomfort along the way. I have referred several of my friends to the group as I know their experience will match mine.

Outstanding visit as usual, Ive been seeing Dr Adams for the past 12 years. I live in Northern Virginia now but still travel to RVA to see members of his group. I would never consider using another dental practice. Dr Adams and his colleagues are excellent dentists. The hygenists are also excellent, Lisa did my cleaning yesterday and she was very professional and personable. The dental assistants and front desk staff are wonderful, they are compassionate and welcoming and they really care about their patients. Finally, the renovated office is beautiful, overall a 5 star experience, thank you.

Myself & family have been patients at Grove Avenue Dentistry for over 10 yrs. Very pleased with the service we’ve received from Dr. Epperly, Dr. Adams, Bethany, Lisa & entire staff! The entire team is warm, welcoming & attentive! I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!

My daughter and I went there for the first time and we had such a great experience. Miranda the hygienist was so sweet and she explained everything so well. Dr Graham was also very nice and also took time to explain everything. The office staff was also very friendly.

I have been a patient at Grove Avenue Family Dentistry for more than 5 years. We like the dentists, but due to recent issues with the administration simply cannot justify giving our business to this practice anymore. I do not recommend it, especially for busy parents who work full-time. Three times in the past year (and twice this week!) my appointment has been canceled or altered with little or no notice at all. I understand staff gets sick, and things happen, but the rescheduling process is absolutely unacceptable. I was told that since my appointment was canceled (through no fault of my own - I had already arranged to be out of the office and make sure my kids got to daycare extra early), I couldn't be seen again for MORE THAN SEVEN MONTHS unless there happened to be a cancellation. If there was cancellation I'd be notified, and I assume expected to rearrange my day yet again to try to make it work. Then, today, my husband showed up on time for an appointment I scheduled for my toddler six months ago to be told we had the time wrong. Nope. To add insult to injury the staff insisted we were wrong. After pushing for an answer, I was eventually told that the hygienist moved the appointment time THAT MORNING and we were not informed. My husband had a work meeting later that morning and could not afford to wait for 30 minutes for a delayed appointment. Again, now both our days are totally disrupted and my toddler left confused. The staff at Grove was empathetic but made no move to correct either of these situations. I am beyond disappointed with a practice I have been going to for half a decade and will be finding a new one. Our time is too precious to be disrespected in such an unprofessional way.

Staff is always kind, upbeat and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs and schedule. I’ve been going there for many years, and don’t ever plan on changing. Dr. Adams is great!
