Raquel, my hygienist, was very kind and gentle while explaining everything she was going to do. The dentist that examined me was a replacement for Dr. Beck who retired but was equally thorough and hopefully will be who I see on my next visit. I have been using Grove Avenue since the first month they opened. In those many years I have had x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions and crowns. I have had emergency work done on two occasions and have had only two appointments changed so that Doctor Adams could work on someone else who had an emergency. In both cases I was given my choice of a new appointment date and time. Most of these reviews correctly point out the professionalism and friendliness of the doctors and other staff. I would also add their caring for the patient's overall health and welfare. They do take time to ask questions as to how I am doing outside of the dental office. I have never had a reason to think of going anywhere else, and that is after having come from my latest cleaning this week. When I first went in to their practice, I told Dr. Adams I was looking for a competent and "painless dentist". I have never been disappointed in either requirement.

It’s always a pleasure to see Bethany and Dr. Adams for my 6 month checkups. Bethany is very thorough, and Dr. Adams doesn’t miss a thing; such as the chipped tooth I wasn’t aware I had. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to see the needed office makeover in the waiting area.

Had another high quality dental hygiene visit and checkup. My hygienist Raquel did a great job! Although my homecare could have been better, she was able to pull off being encouraging and positive without scolding-quite a feat! Dr. Adams' exam was top notch too. You can't go wrong with these folks.
