I have been in so much pain. Cannot get ahold of my surgeon after getting my wisdom teeth out they just keep putting me on hold then hanging up and never calling back so I’ve called about 10 times and had the same conversation. No clear post Oop care. Horrible experience.

I went into bright now to get some work fixed someone else had botched. From the receptionist all the way up to the dentist everyone was kind and amazing. Highly recommended!

I just moved to the area and had heard great things about bright now dental, so i figured I would try it out! I'm not a big fan of the dentist but my dental assistant (Fabian) was amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable!!! All the Drs and front desk people were very nice as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office ☺️

I really like the doctor and the assistant named Jen, she is really good at her job. She knows and does an amazing job. And when I went back to get my crown put on, I had a young girl that didn’t know what the heck she was doing. I don’t ever want her again. I want the woman named Jen or Jenny. Because of that I had a to go through prepping another crown, getting them again, spending $20 in gas for each trips Back into Spokane.

Severe tooth pain, x-ray, diagnosis, pain medicine, antibiotic for infection, followed up by root canal, crown prep, and crown. A+!
If your looking for anyone who actually talks to you and asks you a question, or explains what their doing and why, then this isn't your place. 5 stars for dentistry, 1 star for making you feel your in the free spay and neuter clinic.

DONT GO HERE! Took over 20 x-rays of my mouth because the technician “messed up” the first round of x-rays. Never had a cavity in my life and yet they claimed my two front teeth were “dead” and that I needed two root canals and porcelain veneers (a very expensive procedure.) The lady who cleaned my teeth was unnecessarily rough on me (my mouth was so bloody) and told me she was so busy that she might not have time to finish cleaning my teeth!? They offered me all these extra services to try and boost up my bill, I declined, but they billed my insurance anyway for services not rendered. At the end, I asked if I owed anything, they said no, and then 2 weeks later I get a notice in the mail telling me I owed them money and that they would send my debt to collections. ITS A SCAM FROM START TO FINISH! DELTA dental has these guys on a watch list for this kind of thing and I should have done my research.

Didn't know what to expect, and I have high expectations for my dental care. I actually was pleasantly surprised, and would recommend this dental office to family and friends. I had broken a crown on a back molar 😯 was terrified I'd need a root canal. Doctor and assistant daid wonderful work, and I was also able to squeeze in a cleaning.😃💖
