receptionists have always been nice and friendly
they had this tube tv from the dinosaur era that they recently upgraded in the waiting area. it was kinda funny to see the tube tv and i thought i’d be happy when it was gone, but now i kinda miss it, it was a vibe.

The Staff and Doctors are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of as soon as possible. I went in with a severe toothache, it turned out to be a root canal. I went home pain free the same day. Give the a try I’d you need dental assistance.

I'm very grateful that they could get me in on such short notice. All the staff was very friendly! My only recommendation would be for the doctor to spend a little more time explaining the treatment that is needed. I was in a little shock that I needed a root canal and never have had one before didn't know what questions to ask in the moment. Still not sure of how it works or what to expect.
All in all good atmosphere good people was a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've never felt uncomfortable going to a dentist in my life, and this place throws me off every single time I have any interaction with them, I would rather take out a personal loan and pay anywhere else without insurance, and you should too.

Bright Now on Division Street in Spokane does a great job. Andre just cleaned my teeth and they feel fantastic. He is very thorough. I’ve had several crowns replaced over the last several years by Dr Shar and the workmanship has held up well. The whole team is great.

I needed to change dentists after 10 years because of new insurance and the staff made it so easy. The front desk young girl is so sweet. I also had Jen as my Dental assistant and she is amazing. I told her how much i hate going to the dentist and she took her time with me and made sure i was comfortable. So happy I found this team.

We have been going to this office now for 13 years. Our dental needs have been met with professionalism and 100% care. The office manager Jennifer, always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like family not a patient. Dr "Char" is an awesome dentist, he gets in and gets the job done. We will miss "OUR HYGIENIST" Donna but are looking forward to working with Erica the new Hygienist in the office! All the dental assistants are really great to work with, they make sure are comfortable and do a great job of polishing our teeth.

Front staff was amazing however the dentist lacks medical knowledge to put people under anesthesia. He did not wash his hands before moving to me. He did not wear gloves while trying to start an IV!
He is very unprofessional! I do not recommend going to him.

My family and myself are new patients to Bright Now. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain and help us with the next steps of our treatment plans. The atmosphere was not chaotic which was nice.

I had an appointment today. I was in with a tooth that was giving me some discomfort. From the time I walked in I received great service. My hygienist Jen was awesome, she was sweet and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in an environment that generally makes me nervous and sweaty. Dr. Char great, he walks you through everything he’s going to do and explains why it needs to be done. I ended up needing a root canal which is that last thing anyone ever wants to have, but as strange as this sounds I had a great time!! That sounds super lame, but serious, the work was done quickly, Dr. Char made sure I was never in any pain and Jen took care of everything in between. I will recommend Bright Now, Dr. Char, and Jen to everyone I know!! Great experience!
