I give this dental office the highest review that I can, because this office treated me with care during and after my procedure the next day they called to check on me. The doctor and his assistant both were very knowledgeable and very caring while performing my procedure.
I really do like this dental office, and I regret not discovering them sooner!

BriteNow has been the best oral surgeon/dentist I’ve ever been to. I was deathly afraid of dentists before. They performed two extractions in a matter of minutes. Not only that but when I went to pay they gave me a $100 off coupon. 😍😍😍😍 Thank You for taking away my pain and not taking my bank account too.πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Having dental anxiety is possibly the worst thing I've experienced. My first appointment here I knew that would be a thing of the past. Caleb and Amanda at the front desk, start your experience each time with a friendly smile. I feel like they're my friends now and that is something I never thought I would experience. Dr. Schaar is absolutely amazing and Ben the dental hygeniest is just as good. The assistance, are all perfect to have while I'm in that chair. They work so seamlessly with the doctor each time. I wouldn't say I enjoy the dentist, but when I have an appointment I know I am in good hands and my anxiety slips away. I won't ever go anywhere else!

Switched to Bright Now because my insurance policy only has two providers in Spokane to choose from. Went in for my first appointment with the knowledge that I needed dentures on the top and that I would need extractions of the remaining teeth on the top, etc. I was also in quite a bit of pain due to a tooth that had broken and the nerve was exposed. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive upon my entry. Took me a few minutes just to get her attention so I could check in, only to find out I needed to sign myself in on the clipboard, which had magically disappeared. Then a dental assistant brought out 15 pages of new patient paperwork, which I wouldn't have minded, except for the fact that most of it was liability wavers. That should have been my first hint.

Was taken back to the exam room and had xrays done, which seemed to take a very long time. Once the xrays were done, I was told the dentist would be in to talk to me in a few minutes. Five minutes later the dentist and dental assistant came back. The dentist introduced himself, asked me what I did for a living, and then told the tech to go get me a Care Credit application before he even looked at my xrays or my teeth. He then began to bark a "to do list" at the tech of what needed to be done on my teeth after looking at the xrays for about 1 minute. He then told the tech to go give that list to the receptionist so she could get me an estimate of what my costs would be after my insurance paid. The tech left the room and he started to leave the room when I asked him to please stay and explain to me what all of the procedures were that he was ordering. He appeared to be very "put out" that I asked him for this info. He then proceeded to make fun of my teeth with comments like "the steel crown needs to be replaced, we only use those on childrens' teeth." Well, I was a single mother with 3 kids, working 2 jobs, had very basic dental insurance that only covered yearly visits, and since I didn't get child support, I could only afford the steel crown. He then said that I needed to have most of my bottom teeth removed and replaced with implants, which is really funny because I had just visited my old dentist 6 months ago and those xrays showed no issues/cavities etc. I asked him about the tooth that was causing me pain, and he said after I filled out the Care Credit application, he would come back and talk to me. He then left the room and never came back. Never looked at my teeth. The tech then came back with a Care Credit application and gave me an estimate for over $12,000.00. Hmm . . . needless to say I thanked her for her time and asked if I could just leave. She asked if I had completed the credit application and I told her I wasn't going to do it. I was embarrassed and humiliated and I just wanted to leave. She told me to go out into the waiting room and the receptionist would call me up to tell me how much I owed for the visit and then I could leave. I waited in the waiting room, fighting tears, for over 30 minutes before I went up to the receptionist and asked her if she could please let me know how much I owed so I could pay them. Once again she was very rude, ignored me for another couple of minutes, finally picked up my file, and told me I didn't owe anything. Great, so I sat in your waiting room for 30 minutes for nothing.

I have filed a complaint against this facility with my insurance. No one deserves to be treated like this. No one has the right to place judgment on someone when they don't know the circumstances or their dental history. I had paid over $18,000.00 out of pocket over the past 10 years trying to save what teeth I could, but due to a health issue, my teeth continue to break and crack. I will never darken the doorway of this facility again, and I have made sure to let my co-workers know this is not the place to go if you want decent dental care or if you want to be treated with a little respect or compassion.

They got us in quickly and have created a plan that works for us. We haven’t found a dentist office so willing to work with us in years. The staff is friendly and they are all very competent. We feel well cared for here

Horrible! I got a filling done and the dentist did not good a good job because the next day i experienced pain in my molar and told the doctor it felt air coming in. The doctor said the filing performed by him was close to the nerve and want to charge me for a root canal. But said there was no need because tooth was fine still. He said to use synsodyne toothpaste because i needed more floride and my molar was sensitive. The pain went away a couple of months and then came back and this time it was swelling. I decided to go to a different doctor because he did no prescribe me anitibiotics or anything and in the other clinic they referred me to get it extracted because it was infected due to negligence of the doctor. I had a huge swelling ball inside my root gum and my tooth was dead because doctor negligence to not prescribe me anything! Do not recommend this place at all! Front desk has u waiting for hours to assist you in my first time. I should have known it was not right hut did not have time to search a different location. Save your money unless u want to waste it and loose ur tooth! Worst place ever and they always switch doctors which should be good to know and be aware!

Bright Now is a great place to get your dental work done!! I had some dental work done in 2 stages and when I came in for the 2nd deep cleaning I mentioned some discomfort I was having from a cavity filled the week before, Jen dropped everything to get to the bottom of i, so nice to be treated so well!! Front tooth Crown is taking THREE times get right ( so far). Had to be sent back to the lab each time and will be out of town all summer and had to use a 'less than' crown until then.
Staff is nice, friendly and professional though!

Dont go here! After getting two wisdom teeth removed they did not proscribe me pain meds or give me anything to clean my mouth with at all! The next day I was in intense pain and I called the office to try and get a prescription for pain meds and they refused to give me any pain meds and said that if the doctor thought I needed meds he would of givin me meds . I have never heard of a dentist not give pain meds after a tooth extraction and this is unacceptable.

I was recommended this dental office and I think it's one of the best dental places in town. The office is always clean and the front desk is always nice. The dentist is very professional and always makes sure that you are comfortable during your procedure. I would definitely recommend this dentist.. A+
