Nice office. Nice staff. Very excellent outcome of this visit (thanks to Dr. Hughes). I’m disabled, and the CDC updates their Covid-19 guidelines often, sometimes a couple of times a week. Walking in to all of the guidelines laid out back in March, with no updated behavior, was a distressing experience for me. Hoping when I go back our interactions can be more “normal” and up-to-date.

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at Bright Now Dental. Visiting the dentist has always been kind of a stressful experience for me; usually I leave upset because of poor bedside manner. At this clinic though, I've never left in tears. In fact, they boost my morale instead of shattering it. Each person does a great job listening to your needs, Andre even tilted my dental chair back so getting a Novocaine shot wouldn't be uncomfortable. For someone who sometimes has a hard time with that (yes, I'm one of those patients)... it's the little things that help! Anyway, thank you to everyone for all you do. I also wanted to thank the wonderful girl who was assisting the dentist at my visit today (I'm sorry for not getting a name) for making me feel so comfortable!

Got a root canal here and it honestly was the easiest thing I've ever experienced. Dr. Shar was super quick and made the whole experience pain-free!! The front staff was super professional and helped with all questions. I was attended to in a timely manner and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work. I went in with a long-standing dental issue that would become an emergency they got me and quickly and solve the problem for me. Everything is very clearly explained to me with no jargon. Had a tooth extracted with zero pain. The cost was very reasonable and I look forward to going back to them for my Comprehensive Dental Care. We went because they had done a really excellent job for my grandson and I'm now glad to recommended from my own personal experience. I'm a pretty old man and this is the first time in my life that I can say it was a real pleasure to visit the dentist today

I had to have some extensive dental work, plus deep cleaning, done. When I say I haven't had a dentist this compassionate in thirty years, I sincerely mean it. Dr Shar is amazing.

I am ONE OF THOSE PATIENTS. I throw up in the days leading up to my appointment. Nothing in the world scares me more than walking into a dental office. Every bad experience that can happen, has happened to me, including being accidentally stabbed in the roof of my mouth by a dentist, that required sutures!

ABSOLUTELY love DR. First time in 15 years that I've felt comfortable with a dentist. He is always calm and caring. His calmness makes me calm. I trust him fully. Been a patient if his 3 years now. Yes, I'm still nervous... but nothing like the past. Dr is understanding, very much so, about dental fears and all the staff work extra hard to make me comfortable.
From the front desk to dental assistant to office manager, I have been treated wonderfully.

I would give Bright Now 5 stars if the Front Office staff was better. The Dental Techs, Hygienists and Doctors are AMAZING. I loved going to them for the past 4 years but unfortunately after my last visit, I will be going somewhere else. I was told by the hygienist that a treatment was covered and it ended up not being covered so I was annoyed about the copay but understood that hygienist doesn't work directly with insurances so it was an honest mistake. Caleb at the front office is the person that I have an issue with, if you're scheduling an appointment DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH HIM! He over scheduled/ incorrectly scheduled me a couple of times last year so I wasn't able to make it in. My entire family is no longer going there because of billing and scheduling issues that we directly caused by him! My boyfriend has received a bill in the mail because he didn't bother to look into his insurance before his appointment and the same thing has happened to my brother. To be honest I feel bad for the other front office staff that has to clean up his mistakes.

I have always had a lot of apprehension about going to the dentist's. Bright Now did an amazing job on my root canal, no pain during procedure, friendly and comforting staff. I will not hesitate to set up another appointment there Thank you all so much!

Very friendly and make me feel welcome when I go in for checkups. Also just had my wisdom teeth pulled the other day and did a fantastic job and mad sure I was comfortable for the whole procedure.

Our family has been going to Bright Now for many years now and we have had many good experiences with them. Two of us have had full braces along with our regular dental care. The thing I like best is that they are a personal office. You call right into their front desk and the people there know you. The office manager has been there for many years which lends stability and competency. Our experience has been that they try hard to resolve any issues that come up with professionalism and timeliness.
