Had all of my upper teeth removed and an upper denture put in. The staff was super helpful in explaining the process and what to expect while healing, as well as what my financial options were and what would work best for my personal situation. The dentist himself was very friendly and very fast. I was in and out within an hour. He and his team are top notch.

My childhood dental experiences are the stuff of nightmares. So as an adult I have had a tough time getting myself into the dentist. I had to get a root canal and I must say, Dr Abualshar was fast and made me feel comfortable as possible. Definitely have found my permanent dentist. His assistant Miranda was very pleasant to talk to, professional and gentle also!

Bright Now Dental on N Division is very a professional and caring place to go for dental care. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and professional. We have been going there for three years and have never had anything but great care. We always feel welcome and appreciated, like their number one customer.

The staff members at this dental office are very friendly and professional. They helped me acquire the necessary financial support needed to get the dental procedures I needed done through affordable monthly payments. I recommend that everyone should be a faithful client of theirs. Thank you ever so much Bright Now Dental and you too Mrs. Jennifer for helping me.

I hadn't been to the dentist in s few years and felt a bit awkward finally going. I was happy with my visit to Bright Now Dental.
The clinic is spotless. The staff are respectful and kind.
The Dental Assistant Fabian was careful when placing the equipment in my mouth to take X-rays. That can be a bit uncomfortable but he was careful and quick.
Ben, the hygienist, explained everything he needed to do.
The Dentist treated me with respect.
The front desk staff and office manager were all relaxed and cheerful.
I had a great visit and highly recommend this Dental Office.

I absolutely love Dr Shar!!! He does not do unnecessary work. He is also very conscientious as is his hygienist, about ensuring you are comfortable and not having breakthrough pain. Best Dentist I’ve found in quite some time.

My husband had an infection that got serious over night and they got us in for an appointment within an hour after we called. It was our first time there, the staff were friendly and treated us very well. They took care of my husband quickly and informed us of options for affordable ways to pay for the near future treatment he requires. I would definitely recommend Bright Now for your dental needs!

It's actually a shame I have to write this, because my initial experience here was extremely positive. I went in to have them look at and eventually extract my wisdom teeth. I ended up scheduling a cleaning because I was due for one anyways, alongside an appointment to extract my wisdom teeth. The cleaning comes and goes really well, and I'm actually starting to look forward to my extraction because I was so happy with the service I got.

Monday, July 15th rolls around and I get all 4 teeth taken out. The procedure went much faster than I expected, but I thought that might be normal. When the numbing wore off, I was greeted with excruciating pain on the lower right side of my mouth. I figured that because the tooth on that side was so impacted that it was going to hurt more, so I didn't think anything of it for the first couple days. Then, about a week later when the pain wasn't getting any better (and the swelling went down enough that I could open my mouth and look inside), I took a peek only to find that the furthest molar on the bottom right side of my mouth now had a very large and visible crack in it. I called the next day and set up an appointment to see what needed to be done. I went in and explained to the assistant (who was very sympathetic to me the entire appointment, I want to add) what's going on. She took an x-ray of the tooth and then the doctor came in. He looked in my mouth, said absolutely NOTHING about the crack in the tooth, and told me I'll need a root canal, and that's why I'm having so much pain. Then, he left before I got a chance to tell him that I was having absolutely no pain before my wisdom teeth came out, or to ask him if he even saw the cracked tooth. They wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for a root canal and a crown that I never would have needed had they been more careful during the extraction. I left in tears trying to figure out how to pay for this and still manage all of my other, more necessary bills. The assistant was kind enough to ask the doctor to write me a prescription for pain medicine, which I'm grateful for.

Last night, exactly 2 weeks later, I was cleaning my sockets with salt water as I've done every night since, and I happened to run my tongue over the tooth in question. I immediately felt something off, so I looked in the mirror and was mortified to find that the spot where my tooth had cracked (which again, the doctor NEVER acknowledged even though there was absolutely no missing this crack when you looked at it) now has a massive hole. I've been eating nothing but soft food for the last 2 weeks since the extraction, been as diligent as possible with cleaning my mouth and brushing my other teeth without disturbing the stitches, and yet I have a tooth that is FAR worse than it was before that day. And I'm expected to pay for it completely by myself, even though this never would have happened if not for the oral surgeon's negligence.

I think it's a good idea for me to have another dentist fix this tooth. If I have to spend money to fix a tooth I never should've had to fix, I'd rather it goes to someone who actually cares about me. I don't want to step foot in here ever again.
