Charles Kim Dentistry - Downtown Tacoma Dentist

I’ve been looking for a dentist office to get some work done for quite some time now. After reading the reviews and really looking into more information about Dr Charles office I was super pleased. Let’s just say all of the reviews listed is super accurate and right on point. Walking into the office is super beautiful and you can tell the staff there loves what they do and where they work. The atmosphere feels like a happy family home outside of your own.

Now to get to the details I will say each and every one of them in the office thoroughly explains into detail step by step on what they’re doing and makes sure we understand the reasoning behind all of the whys. Making you feel super comfortable every step of the way.

I know that going to a dentist office could be very nerve wrecking but I promise you once you come to Dr Charles Dentistry that feeling will go away instantly.

Oh another side note, one thing I love most about the office is that after you get a procedure done Dr.Charles will check in on you with a quick text message to make sure you’re doing okay and feeling alright after any appointments. That right there deserves 10 ⭐️.

My husband and I are here in Tacoma temporarily for work and we keep saying that we would be willing to commute to Tacoma in the future to go to the dentist. Dr. Charlie and his whole team have provided the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Finding a good dentist is hard nowadays so when you find one you want to keep them! He has the most knowledgeable and friendly dental hygienists. Everything they do is explained beforehand, so you’re provided the reason why everything is done in a manner that is easy to understand. Dr. Charlie is very attentive, knowledgeable, and has excellent patient interaction skills. He follows up with you after your appointments. Their office is beautifully modern, have televisions for you to watch during your treatment, and their equipment is high tech. I can’t say enough good things about this office. I highly recommend Dr. Charlie and his whole crew!

This is the first dentist I’ve actually enjoyed going to. Not only are the Staff and Dr. Kim extremely kind and genuine, they really go out of their way to make you feel like a friend and not just a customer. I’ve never had a dentist call/text me the day after a procedure just to check in to see how I’m doing. If that’s not enough, I like that they have the latest in technology -- which makes every visit super quick and comfortable. They are able to show me exactly what’s needed with my teeth so it’s communicated clearly. I also really love the clean and modern office space. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Kim is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I used to go to a chain practice who puts profit above patient’s needs. Then my husband jumped ship and started going to Dr. Kim. I followed a year later and I wish I had switched sooner!

Dr. Kim and his team are so nice and caring. They genuinely care about my dental health and are looking after my best interest. The aftercare is also top notch. They check on you to make sure you are doing ok and not experiencing any problems. They gave me floss made out of coconut fibre which I appreciate because it’s eco-friendly and highly effective! My husband and I trust Dr. Kim and we know that his recommendations are genuine and trust-worthy. Staff at front desk and the dental hygienist are very friendly. I 100% recommend him and his team.

Dr.Kim is the most communicative and gentle dentist I’ve ever seen. He’s amazingly personable and went above and beyond to fit me in and re-secure a bridge right before an upcoming job interview.

This was one of the best dentistry’s I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are welcoming and time efficient. Office manager Karolina is so kind, funny, informative. She works with your budget and insurance to make sure you are satisfied. The quality of care was immaculate! The hygienist Christy is fabulous and the best in the business! The cleanliness and esthetic of the office is absolutely beyond. And last but not least, Dr. Charlie is the most precise and detail oriented dentists I have ever had. I can not recommend Charles Kim Dentistry enough!
