Dr Kim is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable about all things dentistry and very personable, as well. The office is beautifully remodeled, with all of the most cutting edge technology available. The staff are all very friendly, always remember my name when I walk in and make me feel comfortable. I can’t recommend Dr. Kim and his team enough!

Having recently moved to Tacoma, one of my least favorite things to do was to find a new dentist. Lucky for me, my first stop became my ONLY one. You won't believe the quality of work and gentle touch in service, both by the maestro himself, Dr. Kim, but also by his lovely assistant. I've had 0 sensation of the tip of the novocaine needle on both my visits. You get what I call "pre-pre numbed", then pre-numbed and then finally numbed with the shot LOL. Equipment is top notch....the best available, I'm certain. In one appointment, I had a crown replaced, including some necessary restoration under the old one. NO (cumbersome, uncomfortable) Rubber-Dams are ever used, but a great high tech substitute.....yay!! The crown was made in front of my eyes with the most insanely cool piece of Machinery ever. It fit perfectly. No lab work was required nor the wait time for that, which also always means ANOTHER appointment and a TEMPORARY crown. Also, no impression trays. Talk about a relief! Instead, your teeth are scanned in 3D and the accuracy is better than impressions which don't always even succeed on the 1st try.....(so no gagging......sorry to sound graphic, but it's true). Great pricing, too. I expected a Jaw-dropper of a bill at the end of my procedure and was truly pleasantly surprised. Give Dr.Kim a try and you'll see. You're welcome to say "Al" sent you.

I was visiting Tacoma for the weekend and needed to see a dentist while I was in town bc of an emergency. I decided to give Dr. Charlie a try since he was close and his office looked really nice.
Let me start off by saying.....wow. My experience in the office was really nice!! The office is modern and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was able to get an appointment that worked well for my busy schedule so I didn’t have to rearrange anything either which was a plus.
Dr. Charlie took his time to explain things thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of everything before he started which was nice. He had a soft hand and the overall experience didn’t hurt so I left satisfied! Though my experience was limited, I told Dr. Charlie I wanted to share my experience online because my experience was so different than what I expected going in.
If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend trying Dr. Charlie out! Thanks again doc for everything!!!

I needed a dentist for a teeth cleaning over spring break so I went to this new dentist. It was awesome. The front was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim was super gentle and explained what he would do before each procedure, making me feel like I was in excellent hands.
