From Madi and Kat at the front desk who make sure all is lined up with your insurance and appointment details, to his hygenist staff (I've worked with Chalise), to Dr. Charlie himself- they all go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable during any of your procedures. Dr. Charile is super thorough in his work and in breaking down what he is doing and why he is doing it for his patients to understand. He also gives great preventive maintenance advice.
I have sensitivity around my gumlines and this was something that had made cleanings uncomfortable for me in the past. The cleaning I received here was the most comfortable cleaning I've ever had. I also ended up needing a few fillings which were all quick and painless.
This practice is filled with genuine people who take the time to ask you about your life and also share pieces of theirs. This ends up making you feel like you've known them for years and that truly makes all the difference. Their beautiful office and great music selection is just a plus.
