I decided on W. Richland dental after a referral from a family member. I had worked in the dental field for over 30 years so I am very observant and know way too much to be fooled. The skill level I saw from the 2 "Maxwell doctors" was great. The SR. Maxwell is very confident in his work. That's a good thing when you are the patient. As important is the overall vibe of the office and staff. On that note I felt on my last visit was rush, rush, rush. I would recommend BREATHE. Your patients can feel, sense when they are being "fit in" and "rushed around". It's OK from time to time to just chill and enjoy the work, patients and day. I compare it to going to a restaurant and they just want to rush you in and out, hurry up and eat, gimme a tip and be on your way so they can seat the next customer when you are trying to relax. So my advice again. BREATHE staff. I don't give out 5 stars on a whim., ya gotta earn every one of them. Peg Brown

West Richland Family Dental not only offers a wonderful program for families and individuals without insurance they are open until 7pm to accommodate patients who can't make or it during normal business hours. The doctors and staff are experienced and friendly. I have referred them to all my friends and family!

They were more than 15 minutes late to see me on two occasions. They also diagnosed me with an incurable gum disease and insisted that I needed cleanings every 4 months instead of every six months. I switched dentists because I was tired of not being seen on time and had gottrn some conflicting feedback between the hygienist and dentist that made me suspicious. My new dentist says my gums are ok and every six months is perfectly fine. These guys will lie to you to make more money.

I received my first crown and I can't say it was as fun as going to Disney land but the dentist was fantastic and the staff were great. Highly recommend their office. I even ran into the dentist at a restaurant and he remembered my name after on visit. I am impressed and will be referring all my family and friends their way.
