Went in for an urgent appointment and was able to get 2 days later. They took care of my tooth ache and got my problem tooth pulled all in 1 visit. The office/medical staff are always very pleasant and explained everything about the procedure and my insurance coverage before and after. I was very pleased!

I'm always hesitant on going to the dentist because most of them try to charge you on things that you don't need. Not West Richland Family Dental they are so professional and super nice. I will return in 6 months for my second clean up. I can't wait. Thank you to all the staff.

WRFD is always so friendly each time I go in for dentistry. Dr. Almond takes the time to get to know you, and has such a warm personality. He and his staff was so patient and educational about infant dental care/brushing tips when we brought our 12 month old in for her 1st check-up.
I have recently began orthodontic work there, and they continue to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Dr. Maxfield is very friendly and takes the time to describe his plans/intentions/teeth progress. I have no problems getting in for an appointment, there hasn't been any waits for appts, and I love the clean waiting room that has two toy stations for the little ones. Pleasant vibe, and ample park :)

Had my non-cleaning procedure (replacing a filling or two) yesterday. Hadn't had one done in many years. Overall a good experience--fast and efficient. Since I hadn't had the nitrous before and of course don't enjoy the pain of the numbing shot, I wish they would have talked me more through that to reduce anxiety. Eventually, I settled in and it was OK. WRFD has a great in-house membership plan to reduce expenses on these kinds of procedures and regular maintenance!

Dr. Madson is amazing! My son had some cavities and the first dentist recommended to have him put under for the treatment. We’re talking full Anesthesia out cold. Before we went with this drastic measure we asked for a second opinion from Dr. Madson at a whole different practice, Dr. Madson recommended two appointments as the work was on both sides of the face.
Finished our first appointment this morning and it took less than 45 minutes from arrival to departure. Also saves us almost $2,000 in fees. My son had zero pain and avoided being put under which is frightening to any parent. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. Little guy is doing great and will be diligently brushing from now on.
