I was an emergency call after hours and a dentist actually answered the phone!!! They were able to see me first thing on a Saturday after breaking my wisdom tooth in half. I was treated with such care and kindness. They also helped me immensely with my bill. It was a traumatic situation turned into ease once I was in their care. The biggest thank you I can give goes to West Richland Family Dental, the doctors and the entire staff just rock!! 🙌🏽

The office personnel are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I am not a true lover of dental work but here they really provide a relaxing and comfortable experience. I love my dentist and his assistant is absolutely amazing!!

Worst dental experience ever! Never bothered to get my x-rays from previous dentist, ignored me when I told them my previous dentist saw a small cavity and 6 months later, surprise, large cavity. I told the tech I was very hard to numb and please let Dr. know, after I had come up out of the chair TWICE when Dr. was drilling, he asked me "wow, are you really hard to numb?" When I just stared at the tech she tells me "we discussed it" REALLY, then why is he asking me??!! I chipped a tooth jerking away from the drill and the two cavities filled are still painful. They smeared the glue used for the filling all over my back molars and I'll have to have it removed as well as having my chip toothed repaired and the two fillings x rayed to see if they were done correctly. I'm returning to my previous dentist, would never step foot in this horror show again.

I love going to West Richland Family Dental. From the time I walk in the door I am greeted by the office staff. By the time you sit down you are called back to see either a Dental Hygienist (my fav is Loretta). Then of course the Dr comes and checks my teeth to see what I may need done.
I would recommend this Dental office for you or your children too.

Best dentist in the Tri Cities. Dr. Madison is awesome. He is more than JUST a dentist. He cares for his patients. He is one of those doctors that calls you at home.

Teeth cleaning: perfectly fine.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction: I was under for about an hour because I had impacted wisdom teeth and I have a very small mouth so holding my jaw open for this long has made for the most painful recovery. Pain meds help for a couple hours but even a week later I get up a lot during the night with horrible ear pain and soreness on my right side. I still have jaw stiffness and a lot of inflammation on my right side which they said is normal and they were shocked I’m doing this well already. Whenever I ask other people though or google why I feel this way, it’s far from normal and more on the rare side. If I did my research prior to the surgery I would of asked about TMJ disorder and told them to stop the procedure regardless of what they could or couldn’t get out at the time I was supposed to wake up at instead of drugging me more.

Wonderful place. Been coming here for years. Very clean and professional interior and flexible appointment times. I recommend this place to all.
