The staff are always so very friendly, polite and professional. They are prompt with checking in, doing the check-up. Today I witnessed their caring personalities for a mentally challenged young lady who was there to get her teeth cleaned and x-rayed. They were so patient and it blessed my heart to see the extra care they showed to this young lady.

But they have always go above and beyond to make it as comfortable of an experience as possible, and they have great chair-side manner (manners?). They take the time to explain everything from the treatment to the costs.

Usually I hate going to the dentist. But, Dr Darby and her staff make going to the dentist a comfortable experience. All the staff are so helpful in answering questions. They cover how much of your work is covered by insurance and thoroughly explain everything. Dr Darby is very helpful and will do whatever she can to better your dental health. She is also very gentle and puts you right at ease. My husband and I love Flint River Dental!

As someone with extreme anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist (even though I work in dental), this was the first time I felt completely at ease. I needed a lot of work done, and I am very pleased with what's been restored so far. Though I suffered with extreme tmj after, Dr. Darby reached out personally to check on me and if she couldn't then a member of her wonderful staff did. They always made sure that I was managing the pain well and prescribed medication when needed. This was incredible service. I'll be more than happy to go back and have the rest of my work done once I have my surprise baby in May.

My most recent visit was because I chipped my crown opening stuff with my teeth. They worked me in the next morning took my old crown off and made me a temporary and ordered me a new permanent one, all in the same appointment (that I didn’t even have until the day before)! The fact that they are so accommodating is impressive on its on!!
Even with regular routine appointments, Dr Darby and her crew are the best they always make me feel so relaxed and at home when I come in... just having my teeth cleaned is super anxiety mode for me! But they offer nitrogenous for anxiety with cleanings or fillings.. and the entire time my mouth is open they steadily say “are you ok, do you feel ok, is everything alright?” Super caring people feels like your family doing the work!! So proud to be part of the Flint River Dental Family! Thank y’all for taking care of my teeth’ves!!!
