I been going to Dr. Meghan Darby for over a month now and I have a lot of problems with my teeth, and been to a lot of other dentist. My teeth are very sensitive and i was used to my old dentist(s) waiting till the last moment. Most of my close friends and family know if I am to like a dentist then all the people whom work there must be amazing! Well they are! I've never had any problems since i have begun to go to Dr. Darby and, the wait is always quick. They always have the prompt reminders with email, text and the morning before reminder. The others whom work there are also so sweet and I love talking to them. I love that Dr. Darby is always so knowledgeable of all the new things and always learning or reading anything that is new or being chatted about within papers or magazines with anything about dentistry. I would recomind anyone to go here, and i am currently getting my mother to go here as well because how amazing Dr. Darby is and how wonderful the other staff is along with how nice, clean and wonderful the office is.

Super friendly staff and Dr. Darby listens and gives practical advice. First visit was a consult and this last visit Dr. Darby removed an old bridge that I had chipped. She and her assistant made me feel at ease. Also got to hear Dr. Darby tell about her long, holiday weekend spent in workshops/additional training. She stays informed of latest practices which is reassuring.

Finished up two implants today. For over 40 years I have not been able to eat on one side of my mouth. Dr Darby fixed that today and I am thrilled. I have been a patient here for years. And I will admit that I am not the most easy patient to work with since I have a dental phobia. I had to have have a crown about a year and a half ago (first one ever) and the staff made the process much easier that I thought it would be. They walked me through the process and put me at ease. I feel that I always get great care that is done in a gentle and caring manner.

Flint River Dental gave me a cleaning the other day. I had an implant put in a few months ago. I use dental floss about five times a day, but was not performing it correctly on the implant. They noticed it right away and taught me how to floss the implant! As always, a very professional and courteous staff. I am very happy I found Flint River Dental!

I have searched online for what seemed like forever for a dentist that would be a good fit for my son, Austin. He was born healthy and at 8 days stopped breathing. I resuscitated him and he would be good for a time then stopped breathing again. Over the course of a week he was intubated at Vanderbilt children's hospital with zero chance of survival to being awake and alert. The point of this is to say that I am protective and needed to feel that Austin was safe and in good understanding hand . Dr Darby and her team hit the mark. Each time Austin has been the care he received far exceeded my expectations! He has cortical blindness, sensory processing disorder along with other neurological problems. Needless to say going to the dentist could overwhelm his senses and create anxiety but with Dr. Darby it hasn't. It was a long road to find the perfect fit for his care but Flint River Dental is exactly that.....the perfect fit. Each person from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out is so sweet and accommodating. We could not be more blessed! We thank God for having found them!
