I had to give some kind of rate so I gave a one but, I didn't want to give that. I started going to Flint River Dental and really liked the place and Dr. Derby and then after a few visits the dentist Dr. Megan Derby stated she was going to discharge me from her practice and that I needed to find a dentist closer to my home, she did not even give me the choice to stay with her practice which was very unprofessional on her part. Then I called just a few weeks ago to see if I could schedule an appointment and she stated that I could not come back due to I have several things to be done and I still needed to find someone else. This is a great dentist office. It has a nice lobby where there's coffee, water, and tea for you or anyone you bring with you to consume while you wait. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt when it comes to answering the phone or any questions you may have. This is not like some dentist that try and make you have unnecessary procedures just to rack up the bill. Also, they do try and do alot of procedures in-house which will save you some time and money but. On the off chance your procedure cannot, then they refer you out to a specialist that is also a great facility to go to. Overall I would definitely refer my friends here as I have already refered all my family.
