Great staff, always efficient, The staff dentist is very knowledgeable and offers excellent advise. His touch with the tools is impressive. The cadre of dental assistants are all well schooled and provide excellent application of their individual expertise. The desk girls are always accommodating.

I love this place! My daughter are getting their braces throughout Bright Now! and Dr. Jones and the staff are all so friendly. I shopped around before deciding on this orthodontist and they were the most affordable and Dr. Jones was the friendliest, nicest doctor we met!
I also come here for my dental appointments and the hygienists are excellent. They have a very clean office which makes me feel even better about coming.

I have been a long time patient at Bright Now because of the friendly staff and more importantly, their competency. Dr "O" is by far and away the best dentist I have ever had. So is Keith my hygienist. When I have an appointment, I do not suffer the usual angst people seem to have when contemplating a visit to their dentist.

Dentist and dental assistants are great. Front office is lacking. Told to arrive 15 min prior to visit which I did. Office was locked until 5 min before my appointment. I then waited in lobby for 15 minutes before anyone came out to give me papers to complete.

Service was delivered on time, professionally, and without shaming. Having had a difficult extraction earlier in the month, I was not surprised at the high level of treatment rendered this time as well. I'll be going back for further procedures and look forward to the same kind of treatment.

I have had a horrible experience with this dental office. I had root canal done. I have had a temporary crown since July, 2018! I've called three times. I've been put off with excuses. I've contacted my insurance company but no response yet. Maybe an attorney should get involved!

Staff personnel was very confused regarding my coverage. Argumentative when told that I had panoramic and bite wing X-ray coverage.
Needed to do a 3 way conversation with my insurance company for staff member to understand!
