Dr and staff were all professional n friendly. I am grateful for everything.

I've been to Bright Now! twice for cleanings and I've never felt comfortable there. First off, when you arrive they have you sign an authorization form for the day's treatment. Sounds easy enough but you'd better read it all first because although you may think you're signing for your teeth to be cleaned, you are also authorizing them to charge you for other upsells such as cancer screenings and a fluoride treatment. Trying to sneak in a few extra charges wasn't too bad but on my last trip in I was told I also needed some extra deep cleanings billed out at $2865. I've always taken good care of my teeth so that got my attention and I made an appointment at a different dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist said my teeth and bone structure would be good for anyone half my age. Further, he said Bright Now! is known for these deceptive practices and to stay away from them.

Been waiting to post this-but after not hearing from them in almost 2 months…
I had several crowns put on by them-the first came out with floss when being clean by the hygienist. The dentist had her put it back on-with no refused to the pain it caused me. Then I had two lower teeth have crowns put on-the temporarily crowns caused no pain from heat and cold…the dentist puts on the permanent crowns and just after he places them, the assistant sprays water in and they felt it hit the nerve. I tried to explain this to the dentist and his reply is that it will go away. So I wait 5 days (including a holiday) and it’s not improving -still causing pain-so I asked to come back in-he looks at it and listens to my pain story and he continues to be dismissive. He said i was atypical and now needed a root canal…I didn’t need one when the temp crown was on. He asked if I wanted something more for pain-he said he would send him in a prescription…he did not! My family will not be going back here! The dentist just pawns patients off to the endodontist or oral surgeon! He messed up and didn’t fix the problem!

I started using Brite Now for my dental needs last year having just moved to the area. I lost a crown on a molar at 5:00 PM on Wednesday. I called Brite Now at 10:30 AM on Thursday. They took me right away. Fortunately, they were able to simply re-cement my original crown. By noon, I was back home with the crown in place. Everyone was super nice and professional.

First encounter (for my mother) with provider was satisfying, referral initiated,, treatment plan explained. All was good. Frontline staff however appeared aloof almost as if being bothered during this process So:. Arrangements for treatment plan put in place, alteration of partial completed. After 2 weeks the newly altered partial plate for my Mother required adjustment. My mother told me that at her appointment she was told there was nothing they could do. ??? Extraction done, partial rebuilt, and now 2 weeks later nothing we can do. Odd. Fast forward another month or so andef partial really bothering her so a new appointment was made. At last minute my mother decided she did not want to return, primarily because of way she was treated. I stopped at office to inform of cancelation and requested records of what was done for the new provider she chose. Frontline staff radiated unfriendliness from my perspective, Gave reason why other dentists do not want other dentists diagnosis and that it takes 3 weeks for any information records, etc etc etc. Bottom line from the vantage point of a person(me) that has worked in healthcare for 36 years: Avoid this office.
Customer service poor, reflects badly on providers that are trying to take care of patients.

First of all, the environment here is very unstable. They rescheduled my appointment three or four times the day of. They call my dad for my appointments instead of myself, when I already told them to specifically to contact me. Back in February, I had to keep rescheduling my appointment because they would take forever to take me back, and I had school and work. Even minutes after my appointment should have started. I waited an HOUR and still nothing so I rescheduled and left. The worst part is, there was not any people for them to be having me waiting there for an HOUR. That happened TWICE back in February. So, this is not the first bad experience I have with rescheduling. I went there Tuesday afternoon after work, and waited a good 30 minutes for them to take me in. The lady at the desk was welcoming, which is the usual there. On other terms, your hygienist there that day was super unprofessional, which I found odd. Usually hygienist I’ve met there are very welcoming. She didn’t introduce herself, just told me to sign some paperwork of what would be done for today’s appointment. Which is awful because then you would know, NOT To go to this hygienist. Once she was finished she said the doctor would be in. Usually when I go there the hygienist who cleaned my teeth goes in there, but she never came back. She never said a word while cleaning my teeth. The doctor as well, asked me like three times if I had took my wisdom teeth out which I repeatedly told him “No” and explained to him that Covid had obviously postponed that for me since my last appointment was in March, which is when this whole Covid started. At this point I felt the energy that neither the doctor or hygienist wanted to be there, and to be honest at this point did not even want to say thanks. This was probably one of the most frustrating appointments I have had there.

I arrived for my six month dental check up and it was fantastic.
Terri, my hygienist was the warmest most friendliest person and she knew her profession well.
She did what had to be done and made me feel comfortable in a uncomfortable situation .
The dentist checked out my dental procedure after Terri completed it and he was very friendly too.
I'm very satisfied with Bright Now Dental and would recommend it to family and friends....

I was here a year ago and not happy with my experience. I decided to give it another chance. My appointment was for 1:00 8-20-18. The hygienist Teri took me to my room and did an amazing very thorough cleaning. I was so impressed!!! Haven't had such a great cleaning since I left Denver. Very impressed and will keep coming back as long as Teri cleans my teeth!!!! Finally a hygienist that knows what she is doing! Experience & knowledge!!!

I was frustrated that my wife and I both took time out of our schedule to come in for same day, back to back cleanings, only to find out upon arrival that the appointment was actually a preliminary exam. After doing x rays and the shortest visual exam I've ever had, we were told that we would need to book another visit for the cleaning. Then, when we tried to book the return visit(s) to be done on the same future visit, the receptionist told us without hesitation (or checking the schedule) that if we wanted to do so we would have to wait 4 months. The staff was all friendly and the office was very clean, with very nice equipment. We just don't appreciate having to take time out of schedule for 3 separate visits when we planned (and scheduled) to have it all completed in one visit.
