Old Town Dentistry was a great experience. I had been suffering from tooth sensitivity and was interested in Invisalign. The hygienist, MJ, was so informative about tooth sensitivity and steered me in the right direction as well as thoroughly cleaning my teeth and being careful about my sensitivity. Dr. Brittain was refreshingly thorough with my X-ray and picture review, checking the health of my teeth, and recommendation of the Invisalign series I should do. In general, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and I felt very comfortable before and during my cleaning. They also are incorporating all of the guidelines and safety for COVID19.

Wow what an incredible service!!! When I mean they were all great service I mean it!! Front desk were smiling, such great positive energy and funny conversations!! Haha all the staff greeted me when they saw me at any point!! Definitely huge thanks to Marrisa & Katie for taking really good care of me and my teeth!! Made me feel more comfortable then ever the whole time being in the chair! You two are phenomenal. I highly recommend going to Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale and joining this family cause That's what they are!! Better then just a team!!

I was extremely happy with my first visit. Everyone in the office made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I am on oxygen and had a broken foot. My procedure (tooth extraction) was very gently done. I’m happy and have found my forever dentist

The office was cosy and friendly- I felt at home immediately. Service was earlier than my appointment(how many times does THAT happen?). The work was made as comfortable as possible. I love this dentist and all his staff.

I am new to the state and needed a crown repair. The advice of a friend led me to Dr Brittain. From the front desk to the dental chair, everyone was wonderful and friendly. Teeth cleaning has never been a better experience. Looking forward to getting Invisilign. This office has same day crowns. Definitely happy I found them.

Top notch service. Very nice office and the staff is even nicer. My wait times were minimal. I got a personal gift when I arrived and it was pretty cool. My hygiene appointment was excellent. I was comfortable and never once had pain. Dr. Britian was very personable. He reviewed all of my pictures with me and together we derived a plan that worked for me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Amazing experience! I didn't want to write a review until I had more than just a cleaning done. I walked in yesterday with a cracked tooth and I already (less than 24 hours) have a permanent replacement made and put in.
Their customer service is off the charts. They give you a tour of the office on your first visit, have tv's in each room, and I have never waited for more than a couple of minutes.
The only reason I stuck with my last dentist for so long is because I had a great hygentist but would always have a horrible experience with getting work done by the doctor. The doctor here not only explains what he is doing, but is quick, professional, experienced and has great communication with his assistants so they have a great idea of how to help him/help you.
