I can not express how much I absolutely love this office and everyone in it. They are so incredibly nice and it’s an absolute judgement free zone. They treat you like family and will work with you on payment plans. They also don’t force anything upon you and let you decide what you want next and what works best for you. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a dentist.

Highly recommend. Dr has a large and competent staff that helps with the procedures, and I found each of them to be caring and focused on my comfort during the procedure. Be aware that this practice not only fixes immediate issues, but also wants to head off future problems. They are very thorough and will undoubtedly uncover things that could present problems in the future, as they did in my case.
They clearly explain everything they are doing. They quickly contact your insurance company to let you know what will be covered, and what your amount will be. I was offered a payment plan, declined in my case, but it can be an option if needed.
Dental work is never fun, but Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale makes it as painless and comfortable as possible. If you need a dentist, this is the place!

The quality of dental care at Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale is so exceptional, our family travels all the way from Tucson for it! Drs. Brittain and Chao are very talented and personable. The hygienists and assistants are knowledgeable, thorough, (and gentle!). The office staff are courteous and efficient. Last year, my wife had significant restorative work done over several visits and the results are beautiful. During my very first visit to the office, my first trip to a dentist in several years, I was found to have two small cavities. The office extended my appointment and the cavities were filled on the spot to save me a return trip. Both our sons had all of their wisdom teeth extracted in the office and neither experienced any post-surgical problems. So, our entire family speaks from experience, when we recommend that you consider Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale for your dental care. You'll receive excellent attention and quality service at a very reasonable price!

I got $23,000.00 in dental implants. The first one I had removed because my whole face swelled. Apparently a nerve was pinched, I even ended up in the emergency room with what felt like a stroke when I would open mouth. I am ony way to an oral surgeon to have another one removed at.the cost.of $2,500.00 dollars. I told him 5 years ago this implant wasn't any good either. I've got 30 grand into teeth and now I have to pay to remove his terrible work.

This was my first visit there. The office is very nice. Everyone there was super nice. I had read some reviews about the dentist so I was a little concerned but he was great! He was easy to talk to, didn't try to do stuff I didn't need and answered all my questions. I will definitely continue going there!
