Dr. Brattain's office runs itself like a well oiled machine...with personality! Each aspect, from Receptionist, always warm and kind, to Hygienist, always professional, personable and caring, to Dr. Brittain, a genius with the most cutting edge tools of 4 handed Dentistry, and he is a loving husband and father who cherishes time with his family. The cost is always appropriate and verified with my health insurance carrier. Could anyone ask for more? My wife and I have been coming to this absolutely fantastic Dentist and his team for many years now. His team is always eager to listen and make you feel as comfortable as possible when you arrive. Dr. B always does a fantastic job and has amazing attention to detail. Dr. B now feels like the next-door door neighbor we would leave your house keys with while we went on vacation. After visiting this office multiple times my experience just got worse each time. First the were over charging me for cleanings even though it was covered in my insurance plan. After choosing to go to a different dentist, they called me and told me I owned them. I paid it and then they called me again months later stating I still had a balance. When I inquired as to why they told me because they just switched their systems over they were discovering unpaid balances. I told them I already had to pay them and they said if I came I’d for a cleaning they would just waive the balance. Either way these people don’t know what they are doing or are trying to take advantage of their customers.

Looking for a new Dentist? One that maybe reminds you of a favorite Dentist in the past, or one who listens to your fears and responds with a painless Novocain injection, well the small bee sting at start is always there, but I did not notice or feel the medicine being administered, best shot EVER for me. I am not new to dental offices, I think every tooth, at one time or another has been touched by a Dentist.
This office accepted me in the middle of procedures being done at a different, unrelated, dental practice where I lost confidence in the Dr., Assistants and even the front office personnel.
Thank you Dr. Brittain and staff. Erin, his Assistant did an excellent job handling my concerns and assisting the Dr. during the procedure with precise skill.
The efficiency and technique for the extraction of a severely infected back molar, made this procedure one in which I will not dread to do again with this team. I was in and out in record time and was instantly relieved of a bad bite I was experiencing as well, he corrected that too!
I look forward to working with them again, actually on Monday!
