Very honest and good dentist. I was told my another dentist i needed a root canal and then I came to Dr. Britton for a second opinion ans he was honest. Never overcharged me or tells me B.S. about things i need to do that are unnecessary. Great practice.

This place is a scam! They are full of hidden fees and do work you didn't ask for then bill you months later. The lady at the billing office I just spoke with straight up lied to me about my own teeth! My pockets have never been at 6 and I have x-rays to prove it. Stay away this place is like a restaurant that adds a $20 glass of wine to your bill after you asked for the house red. I don't mind paying if that's what I asked for but I did not! They prey on people that don't pay attention.

I'm a new patient at Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale and I was very happy with my experience. My dental hygienist, Mirissa, and my dentist, Dr. Brittain, were so helpful and kind, and answered all of my questions. They were also very transparent about the whole process. I am coming back for a procedure tomorrow, and expect to have another great experience!

The office is immaculate, the hygienist are knowledgeable and Dr. Brittain has an outgoing and friendly personality which makes him easy to talk to. The office is located pretty perfectly in Old Town Scottsdale and I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. Go here!

After months of waiting, the new dentures I received from Dr Brittain are unattracive and cause a speech impediment. When I attempted to talk to the Dr about the problems all he said was "they're functional," turned and left me with the girl. I was told there was nothing the Dr could do and to practice speaking in front of the mirror!! I feel extremely unheard and dismissed as well as very upset about the appearance of the teeth and speech impediment they cause. Well,it's 3 months later, they still impede my speech, they still look right, and I'm still in shock over this. I'm so very unhappy with them. Oh, and the denturist is quite sloppy.
