Have been going to this dentistry for nearly 5 years and travel nearly 30 miles just to go to this dentistry. Kudos to Mel as she's been my hygienist for quite awhile and is awesome. Dr. Brittain is also outstanding in patient care & comfort. The follow up with the staff has been great. Overall, everyone is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help put you at ease.

I visited Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale for the first time today and it is AMAZING! The office is clean and the staff are inviting and friendly. My cleaning was quick and effortless, and they even managed to fill two small cavities in the same visit! They are transparent with costs, and honest about what needs to be done versus what can wait/isn’t something to be worried about. They are informative about conditions and procedures and provided the “why” behind all of their recommendations.
I’ve had a few bad experiences with shady dentists pushing unnecessary procedures or doing poor work, so I always get anxiety when going, but I was super comfortable here. I’ll definitely continue visiting Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale for all of my cleanings and dental care needs.

I was referred to this dentist from my niece as I have never liked dental visits and have had bad experiences every time I try a new one. I can say this was a fantastic experience from the time I called to make the appointment the staff answering the the phones were super friendly and helpful to my appointment day which they were able to get me in within two days. Dr. Brittain is an outstanding dentist he is professional and personal gives it to you straight forward without making you feel bad for not going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this office hands down.

This was my first visit to this dentist. It was like checking into a nice hotel. I was a tad bit early and was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. Staff was super friendly, gave me a quick tour of the office, and from the person checking me in to the doctor were all very courteous and great at their specialty. They were great at explaining what they were about to do. Highly recommended!

Scheduling always works with me to find times that work, receptionist is always friendly, hygienists do a great job cleaning, and Dr. Brittain is friendly, thorough, efficient and skillful. I trust them completely and never feel like they are trying to upsell me services I don't need. I would, and do, recommend these guys to anyone!
I established care with them 5 years ago and at the time had no dental coverage. They had a great price for x-rays and cleaning, and any additional work I was easily able to cover by getting CareCredit and paying interest-free over time. I now have great insurance and drive across town to continue care with them because of their excellent service.
