Dentistry of Old Town Scottsdale

During my first visit I was a little nervous, but upon entering and noticing the atmosphere and accommodations I felt more at ease. The employees there were professional, courteous and very pleasant to talk to. I never felt like just another customer they had to deal with just to go about their day. They all made me feel very comfortable, no more so than Cristina, who’s bright eyes and soothing voice had me feeling like a friend in her care than someone just sitting in the dental chair. The Dentist was an absolute pro, only taking seconds to read and act on the task at hand. His speed and skill made me feel reassured that I was in capable hands, if not the best. I will continue to return there and will always recommend them to pretty much anyone I talk to about it.

Wow! The staff was so great! The front desk girls make you feel very welcomed. My hygienist Katie was amazing, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Brittain is so great, and really took the time to help me explain what i needed/and or didn’t need to do when it came to my teeth. Awesome dentist & staff! See you in 6 months!!!!

Im satisfied with my experience. The doc is a cool professional and very pleasant person. His ladies are also very nice. It was possible to schedule a FREE appointment to tell me the price of the work( i have no insurance). Was no problem to pay in cash after the work was done. Reasonable pricing, good quality. Absolutely painless of course

1st time I went I was impressed. Dr. seemed nice and straightforward, hygienist was nice front desk was great. I went today for a cleaning 1/4 of the way through I was ask if I want cherry or mint oral rinse I chose mint. When the cleaning was done they ask if I wanted mint or cinnamon fluoride and I said "dealers choice". When my son got the same treatment at his dentist there was no charge. I walked out and they hit me with a 47.00 bill 30.00 for fluoride and 17 for the rinse. I think its a shyster move to ask you what flavor vs telling you its an upcharge and asking if you want it. I may or may not have done them but I would have liked to know before the decision was made for me with out my knowledge.
I really liked them before being treated this way. I was going to recommend them to my friends. I will not be doing that now and probably won't go back

Staff is incredible- so helpful and friendly. Dr is patient, gentle and created the perfect treatment plan for Invisalign. Wish I would have found this office years ago!

We've been going to Doc Brittain since he started the practice. Always very kind and professional staff and easy to work with. Very gentle dentistry. I highly recommend.

The doctor, hygienist and x-ray person are professional and friendly and really know their stuff. I'm also very impressed with the high tech equipment they used to show me my teeth and potential issues. When I arrived, I was taken on a tour and shown where they make crowns, and often if you need one you can get it that day. This was my first appointment after moving from another city and I'll be back.

I cannot say enough positive things about this office and their staff!!! My experience was amazing. After having a poor experience at another location quoting me an absurd amount of money for work that wasn’t even necessary, this was a breath of fresh air. The doctor’s assistant was so nice and personable and i felt like she was actually listening to what i was telling her, and she just made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff were also extremely welcoming and friendly, from scheduling to payment i was happy to talk with them! The hygienist who did my numbing was so kind and gentle. Dr.Brittain made the whole experience worth it. He was funny, kind and explained to me exactly what he was doing as he did it. Having to get a root canal was very upsetting for me, as i take pride in my near-perfect teeth, but the staff here didn’t even blink or make me feel awkward. They also offer payment plans because the Dr. likes to be flexible with his patients so they can get effective care but not break the bank - that is HUGE because dental work can get pricey! So happy with my experience! If i wasn’t moving across the country, they’d be my primary office!

I am so happy we found Dr. Britain’s practice. They are all so kind and helpful. Rosemary always takes great care of me and my Hygienist, Shari , has the the most gentle technique I’ve ever experienced.
Overall this practice is a gem!

Simply the best choice you can make regarding dentistry. Welcoming front desk staff, exceptional hygienists, and Dr Brittain is as good as it gets. Highly recommend if new to the area or looking for a change in general.
