This is regarding my mom Nina Barks who is 91 years old. She had lower dentures made at Dr Krauss’ office. Unfortunately, my mom is very disappointed in the dentures. She has tried to wear them but can’t because they hurt her gums. I have taken her back several times to have them worked on but still she cannot wear them. She paid almost $3,000 for just the lowers and feels she needs to go somewhere else and start over. Can she possibly get a refund?

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. The Dr. Does what I call a bait and switch. He leaves unqualified assistants to do the work. I wanted a filling repaired that had been broken for 20 years. I've only needed it replaced twice from natural wear and tear... Dr. Krause had his assistant do all the work while he visited a cleavage exposed client in another room. The assistant left a big "bulb" at the end of my tooth. I couldn't bite down, it was hitting my front top teeth. So I went back to adjust it. The Dr. Refused to fix it and put the same employeee to fix it, again unsupervised. After a hour and a half of "is that better?" and me continually saying "no". DR Krause came in angrily and violently pushed my face and ground down ALL 4 of my front teeth. They were thin and sharp and translucent. Within a day, they all began to crumble and break off. I would never ever recommend any one go here. The man is a misogynistic, ego driven pig. He will demean and belittle his assistants in front you making you (and her)feel both insecure and extremely uncomfortable . Clearly his skill is not what it should be.
